They made some real magic with my kitchen remodel. They found extra cupboard space and redesigned it to be much more functional. I’ve heard horror stories from friends washing their dishes in the bathtub for two months which made me drag my feet with this entire project. With Superior, once I said go they gave me a timeline of 2 weeks out. They were actually ahead of schedule and we were back to a functional kitchen within a week from demo. I got a short tour of their shop. It was very high tech, organized and productive. The installers were very respectful and detail oriented.

Kevin and his team were amazing. Them boys know how to work and I appreciate their hard work! Building our new home we had a vision of what we wanted and they made that vision a reality. They can truly design things how you want them. It is nice they can do the cabinets and countertops in one shop. This is a very smooth process on the coordination end of things because it's under one roof. I also called and asked to get additional holes drilled for the soap dispenser and reverse osmosis. They were there the next day to do that. They also left me a touch-up kit for our stain. I will honestly say this has been a great experience and will use them in the future.

He even allowed us to go to the wholesaler in Salt Lake to pick out our stone slabs from the giant warehouse to get EXACTLY what we wanted.

I paid for my order upfront in October of 2019. In June of 2020, I was still messaging them asking when they will finish up the job. I have called and left messages, and they don't answer for weeks. I have had to call them back to fix paint, install the counter top correctly, and just finish the job that they were paid for. I have had the cabinets in for less than a year and the paint is chipping in multiple spots. Their employee that paints the cabinets told me the paint they use isn't made to get wet. I have done alot of painting in my life, and have never had the problems I have had with these cabinets and paint. The paint I used in my pantry with hasn't chipped and washed up much better, and gets used much more often. Superior Cabinets and Granite's product is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. I've been told they take on more jobs than they can handle, and their lack of quality is the result. Owner is making money, so that is all that matters. I wish I had never done business with them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This place would be out of business if there wasn't high demand right now. I got Kevin to agree to give me new cabinet fronts. I have opened 3 of the packages, and they have hair dried into the paint, and they didn't bother to sand the doors before they were painted. How many different ways can they say they have no pride in their work? Or that they are incredibly incompetent?
