Packed matinee performance, very entertaining and our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the show. The 3d elements were very impressive. Well worth a visit if any seats still available. Nearby parking ample and around £3 for the day (Sunday). A great family afternoon.

Wicked was spectacular, world class vocal performances, lighting, acting. Had seats In The dress circle with a great view of the stage. However there was no leg room, chair was uncomfortable and there was no exit on the left so you have to disturb everyone on the row and behind when you get up. Toilets are not good, hot air blower not working, urine all over the floor. At the end of the show the bouncers couldn’t get us out quick enough and even started banging down the door of the ladies toilets. For some reason the merch stand was right at the top of the stairs which was a hazard and completely stupid. Show was superb, theatre needs a refurb for modern times

First visit to see a pantomime here with the family (Jack & the Beanstalk). We had the best time! Absolutely brilliant casting, production, script, humour, costumes - I was so impressed. The bar, snacks, popcorn and facilities were also really good.

I saw &julirt AMAZING SHOW but the seating if your not sat on the bottom floor NEVER sit at the front row your legs will not fit...

Good venue. The reason for 3 stars is that the seats are a little tight to get through. We sat in the upper circle, and it gets quite warm up there - there is no air conditioning.

Visited the Empire twice last month for Warhorse and Dear Evan Hanson. Both times the service by all staff was both swift and friendly. Delivered snacks and drinks to our seats. We had a great view from our seats both nights and we were on different levels each visit. Parking was a 5 min walk to St Mary's and was easy to find on foot.
We will definitely visit again.

I visited to watch Wicked in is UK tour.
The venue is clean and easily accessible. Food and drink is quite expensive inside.
Biggest issue is wifi accessibility. Download your tickets before you get to the venue and don't rely on WiFi in the venue.
