Have been so happy with my Sundays purchases over the last 2 years. Purchased Movie Night sofa and formation dining table, both have been excellent quality. Love that Sundays is a Vancouver business. Always had excellent experiences in the showroom as well.

Our cream linen get-together sofa was delivered directly to our living room eight months ago. However, when we moved last month, we noticed a significant color difference between the seat cushions and the base frame. This issue hadn't been apparent before, likely due to the limited natural light in our previous home. When we reached out to customer service, they tried to shift the blame for the overall discoloration onto us.

Unfortunately, we cannot place the sofa in our new home due to the abundance of natural light, and we can no longer sell it since it is essentially worthless. After we requested replacement fabric for the base frame, customer service denied any responsibility and offered a minimal discount for us to purchase new cushions at our expense. We are extremely disappointed with this company; the quality of their materials and manufacturing is clearly subpar, and their support is unacceptable. Given the amount of money we've spent on their products, I strongly recommend looking for alternative companies that offer better customer service, support, and warranties.

I have attempted to submit a review on Sunday’s webpage several times, but the company does not seem to accept negative feedback.

Sunday's response to this review is just another dismissal. Their communication and accountability are abysmal.

We purchased the movie night couch 3 years ago and it quickly began to lose it's shape. It became extremely uncomfortable and made our backs sore due to he back cushions falling in and seat cushions getting really thin.Also the cushion in the ottoman is all folded up and no way of fixing it. When we invested so much money on this couch we really thought it would last us a long time. We don't have children and we don't have many people sitting on it. I have to say, the fabric is great and the customer service people are friendly and try their best to help. However our couch should have been replaced for a different model considering how bad it got. Our couch looks nothing like it did in the first year 🙁
Do not by the movie night couch.

Months later ans I still have not been given a solution and a number of my most recent emails have gone unanswered.

The showroom of Sundays was wonderfully decorated. I appreciated the staff that helped arrange the delivery of our furniture, especially Zanib who was kind enough to answer all of my questions! Happy to shop here again!

I’ve purchased two products from Sundays and I have buyers remorse for
Both.
1) the cloud bed- we loved the huge cushions on the headboard and thought it would be so comfy for relaxing in bed on weekends. After 1 year the cushions had significantly lost their support and after 3 they offer none. My pillow consistently was falling between the headboard and the mattress so I had to put a pillow in to fill the gap.
Have tried fluffing the pillows but useless. Echoing what the reviewer said below for $300 bed frame would expect to have to do this, but not for this price point.
2) the movie night sofa. When we first received our white sofa it came dirty and customer service was a bit rude about the fact that we had purchased our products using a designer discount /that I expected something to be done for them arriving dirty, which was off-putting.
They ended up giving a bit of a refund.
Secondly, the sofa has significantly lost its shape and structure. The only reason I am giving two stars is because customer service sent us pillows to go inside our cushions to fluff them up a bit when I reached out and the person who helped me this time was buyer pleasant and helpful , however the sofa body itself has lots it’s shape and structure. It is already saggy. The cushions they sent to boost it up made it better at first, but again have lots their volume. I try fluffing them but as soon as someone sits the sofa immediately looks terrible. Again, for a sofa costing this much I expect more.
I feel like I was swayed by their social media, marketing and beautiful show room to initially purchase but for what we paid I should have bought the restoration cloud couch in the end, because we will need to replace this sofa very soon and it makes me sad to look at it.
Also- I want to note we did not have kids or pets the first 3 years of owning this couch, so it’s not like it went through a lot of “use” .
I will not be purchasing from this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone

I needed to change an order. Sarah at the store was great changing my order, and arranging delivery. Delivery guys from Docker Transport were also five stars. Left zero mess. Took all the garbage out. Love the quality of the solid wood Formation Table and the chairs. Highly recommend.
