We decided to remodel 2 bathrooms in our Summit County condominium.
We contracted with the Summit Design Center owned by Bryan Shults. We were fortunate to deal with his Design Associate Sandy Davis throughout the duration of our project.
The Summit Design Center’s showroom was replete with hundreds of samples of materials and Sandy’s knowledge and willingness to share recommendations was invaluable.
We worked with Sandy throughout our remodel with her acting as a project manager of sorts. She was very detailed in her project management providing renderings of the work we proposed, choosing a variety of materials to consider while providing her guidance on the design elements to consider. She ordered all the material and her personal contacts with many of the vendors was of great benefit. She received the job materials in her storage facilities, staged them for delivery to the contractor as needed and came out to our condo several times to verify that we received the products in good order and check on the status of the project.
One of our custom cabinets came in damaged and Bryan rejected it and reordered another one.
A new toilet came in with a factory defect and again Summit Design ordered a new one.
We couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with service their team provided.
We can confidently recommend Summit Design Center for any of your construction or remodeling projects.

From Cabinets, to Quartz, to Tile they helped our client visualize their dreams and helped us all the way through ordering and delivery. Just had our floors replaced with vinyl flooring. Summit Design had a large selection of flooring products to choose from and gave good advice as to which products would work the best and look great. Their flooring contractor was quick, easy to communicate with, and did a very professional job of tear out and installation. This was our second project with Summit Design. The first project also went extremely well.

Sandy and her staff were wonderful to work with. I will use them again if their services are needed. The install guys were VERY accommodating when our elevator broke the day they came so they carried the granite pieces up 4 flights of stairs then came back the next week to finish the project. The only issue I have is with the sealing of the countertops. I think because the project took longer than anticipated, they were in a hurry to finish and got sealer on my stone backsplash, the wall and a cabinet which DOES NOT come off because it is like a varnish.

I am thrilled with the results of our granite countertops Summit installed in our kitchen. We remodeled our Keystone condo and were really in a bind on timing and Lina and Sarah at Summit Design’s office really went above and beyond to help us meet our deadline. Sandy, Bryan and Meredith were wonderful to work with for our large remodeling project. Bryan came out to our property several times to take accurate measurements and make sure we were on the same page of the design concept. Sandy helped me immensely pick out fantastic products such as flooring (2 kinds), cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint colors, hardware, fixtures, and all sorts of little things and overall design/decor ideas when I brought in random pillows/furnishings, rugs, toilets, etc that I wanted to match with. All 3- Sandy, Bryan and Meredith were quick to respond to my frequent crazy questions in such a polite and timely and respectful manner and quickly sent me quotes, money saving alternative options and were very mindful of my budget. Not only all of that, but they knew my timeline of the project and made sure all of the products came in plenty of time, even with changes and tried their best to keep my contractor on schedule (which was an issue). I wish I would have went through them initially for my renovation and have them help me pick out a contractor(s) for me to work with- would have went smoother.
