Io had an incredible experience at Wolf Subzero in the design district show room. The chef, Marcello Florio, was super professional and explained many Features of my new appliances, specially the steam oven. What a great, fun afternoon. Highly recommend it. Even if you did not buy their appliances yet, I guarantee the process will make you want to buy them all. And the goody bag is great!!!!

I recently visited the Sub-Zero showroom and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, killer coffee and it was followed with exceptional customer service. The showroom itself is beautifully designed, showcasing a wide variety of kitchen styles and that cater to every taste and design preference. Barbra was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and wants. She provided insightful suggestions and guided me through the entire process, making it a truly personalized experience. I was particularly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products on display. Every detail was meticulously thought out, and the innovative features they offer are simply amazing. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my visit to Sub-Zero and I am definitely returning for a cooking demonstration by one of the Wolf chefs. If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen or just need some inspiration, I highly recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed!

I have been privileged to work with Marcello Florio for the last two years. The wolf demonstration was fabulous and Marcello made it all that much better. He is a gifted chef who made the best pizza I have ever tasted. Not only was it delicious, but he was able to offer me help after the demonstration.

One absolutely must visit the Wolf Sub-Zero Cove Showroom in Miami before ever stepping foot in a store. We were on the fence until we met with Barbara Barnes. Her sharing the history of the company with us, and going through each feature that the Sub-Zero refrigerator has, tipped the scale fully towards our purchase. NOTE...this is a Showroom, so we were not, at all, pressured, our time with them was seemingly appreciated and clearly respected, all questions addressed with detail and her genuine admiration for the company she represents, made us feel very comfortable about moving forward with our Sub-Zero. By the time we said our good-byes and crossed the street, we called the salesperson we had spoken to previously, and placed our order. The stores MUST ask all persons to visit the Showroom (or at a minimum, posters about this showroom should be placed in the stores). We were needlessly on the fence and wasted time due to lack of information about features, guarantee and about the company itself. We could not be happier with Barbara who eagerly jumped in when the person we were to meet at our set appointment was tied up with the folks that arrived before us. When the time comes to replace our ovens, range and/or dishwasher, I have no doubt that we will visit the Showroom first, then obtain the list of authorized distributors/installers, before ever stepping foot in a store to place the order with a salesperson. You won't go wrong in owning a Sub-Zero Wolf or Cove appliance, obviously. Yet, you owe it to yourself to visit the Showroom to ensure that you are fully aware of the intentional care in its construction, all the features the appliance has (the salespeople didn't share half of what we learned with Barbara), and the guarantees they stand behind.

Really fantastic people here! Alex, the chef, provides delicious food and great information about cooking. Barbara, the showroom Manager, is passionate about the product and customer experience! If you are in need of assistance in outfitting your kitchen with appliances, this is the best place to start.
