Hello,

My name is Claudia Cortez I have made several attempts to come to a resolution and get support from not only the employee that I made my initial purchase with but as well as the manager and someone from corporate. Regarding an order that I made for a kitchen island along with cabinets. I relied on the expertise of one of your employees. When she sent over the template she assured me with the design that was sent over would be more spacious. I understand that I am liable for the items that were ordered. I never once stated I was not responsible for paying. I was simply asking if anything could be done regarding the amount that has to be paid because it is extremely high and on top of that I have to order additional items to fit my kitchen space. I am extremely disappointed with the way we have been treated I have never received such horrible customer service. Nor have I been treated as though my opinion did not matter based off of my race. When we spoke with Edyta her demeanor when speaking to us was very disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer to your company I’ve also purchased all of my windows from you and I have always spoken highly in regards to this company, but in light of the recent events I am truly saddened by the lack of support I have received. I am reaching out to see if anything can be done in regard to the amount that has to be paid. If you can please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

Magnificent. I had a very good experience shopping at Studio 41 on 25th and Pulaski. Lisa Christine was my design assistant, she made sure my choices for bathroom remodel where in portion and immediately addressed and issues and/or concerns. Hector Juan Colon worked with my contractor directly addressing questions and immediately sent materials requested. Both Lisa and Hector went over and beyond their duties assisting me. I highly recommend Studio 41 on 25th and Pulaski they offer products for every budget and will help you

I have done fantastic superb business at this cite 3 x in the past year and just can't say enough about the Hugh beautifully fully equipped Showroom. Free easy large parking, awesome welcoming and informative professional staff and perfect products and thorough, easy ordering process and pick up. I just spent ~20 minutes on the phone with an employee name Sergio who patiently talked me into how to have bars installed in the shower safely and correctly after much back and forth with 2 outside contractors in my Condo. I love the selection at Studio 41. I recently went there to find a faucet for bathroom sink. I found one that I loved, but it was not in stock. Knowing that I had an immediate need, Dawn found me a similar style that was in stock, and at a much lower price. She went above and beyond, and I really appreciated her tenacity and professionalism. She knows her stuff and was so helpful in my search for certain kind of faucet.
