We had a great experience at Studio41 Lincolnwood. While some might imagine it’s only for high-end projects, we found it to be the perfect place for sourcing higher-quality fixtures for our bathroom renovation without overspending. Our home isn’t expensive or flashy, Studio41's Matt Pudlo, did an amazing job recommending options that were nice but not over the top—exactly what we were looking for.

The communication and delivery process were seamless, and we’re thrilled with the results. We’re already looking forward to working with Studio41 again when it’s time to renovate our kitchen! Highly recommend!

We are going through a total gut rehab of our home and had the help of our designer to pick out most of our plumbing fixtures. We approached Jon Saltan to help us to order all of our items. Jon was very responsive to us and put together our order very quickly (which seemed to take weeks to put together at other places like Ferguson). One major piece we really appreciated was that he was able to point out why we shouldn't go with certain fixtures our designer had picked out and had suggestions on other options that were still within our price range but were of better quality. Jon also does a great job with giving us order status updates which is great so you don't have to feel like you are chasing your sales person for updates. Given how many vendors we have worked with during this entire gut rehab process, Studio41 was one of the easiest vendors to work with. Not to mention they were able to get all of our fixtures in within a couple of weeks and other vendors were saying we were looking at 1 month+.

I worked with Angela a couple years back for a kitchen sink as well as other kitchen stuff. She did a great job offering suggestions to help piece our cabinets together. We had a problem with a leaky sink and contacted angela. She took care of it within a day and had parts via warranty by the end of the week . I'd highly recommend her if you ever need anything done!!!

I have to express my disappointment with the service provided by Ann during our recent visit to the store. As a young couple, my fiancé and I were in need of purchasing a shower faucet set. Unfortunately, Ann seemed hesitant to answer our questions and was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Despite spending over $2000 on various items, it felt like she didn't take us seriously. Even after making the purchase, we had to call multiple times just to get a hold of her. Overall, our experience with Ann left much to be desired, and we hope for better customer service in the future.

Additionally, our frustration grew when we purchased a set, only to find out that one crucial part wouldn't be available for another three months. This inconvenience led us to search elsewhere, and we were able to find the missing part at another store. The lack of transparency and communication regarding product availability added to our dissatisfaction with Ann's service.

Jon is the man over there! He got us everything we needed in timely fashion. Additionally, he made sure we picked up the correct items for our home. We really loved how he went in depth on details for every item. Will definitely do business with again in the future!

I had an appointment to pick out and order unique cabinet hardware for a furniture style bathroom vanity in our main guest bath. I arrived early and browsed boards. 5 employees; no customers in the store. I was helped rather quickly, and was even asked which employee I wanted to help me. Once I was being helped and explained what I needed, I was passed to another employee (they had to leave, so not sure why they helped just to tell me they were on their way out) and had to re-explain. The next employee told how difficult it will be to find the size (2-1/2 inch c2c) and finish (something close to Kohler’s modern brushed brass). I already knew it was difficult, the styles I found online were rather simple and basic, and that is why I was there…to problem solve and place an order. And so I explained again that I wanted a bail pull style, and if we couldn’t find 2-1/2 lets find something larger than 2-1/2 with a backplate, which would cover the existing hole and a new hole drilled. This employee repeatedly told me to go online and look to figure out what I wanted first. For anyone looking at cabinet hardware, online isn’t as easy as it might seem unless you want mass produced styles from Amazon, otherwise you need to know specific brass cabinet hardware companies to search and, even then, you need to actually see the finish if you’re trying to match other bath finishes. I already knew what I wanted and had it mostly figured out; I just needed help to find out which company’s finish was close, if they had anything in their catalogs in the bail style or with a backplate or backplate sold separate, and place my order. It would have been refreshing to simply be asked to see the vanity and be suggested a style, or be met by a designer that would appreciate the challenge I provided on a seemingly slow day; I thought I was in a design showroom. Apparently I was supposed to have it all figured out and just hand them part numbers to place the order. It ended up becoming a huge fiasco, and I left no better than when I arrived and without even looking at the knobs I needed. Three other employees in the store, one playing a computer game, and no one else could be bothered. Granted this wasn’t going to be their largest sale of the day, maybe $250-300, but it shouldn’t need to be to get good customer service.
