We were needing a large rug for our living room that was outside of the standard sizing. Stinson carpet had a great selection and we were able to find something that was pretty and high end looking while also being durable, easy to maintain, non shedding and most importantly for us - pet friendly! Our rug was made quickly and the delivery and install process was super smooth. Thank you for the great service from start to finish! We are very happy with our rug!

Placed an order for carpet in my investment condo on 3/13/2020 for install date of 3/28/2020, I needed a quick turn around time because my previous tenant was moving out on the 3/27/2020 and the new tenant was moving in on 4/1/2020. Leading up to the install date I sent multiple emails to my sales rep Chris with no response (later learned he had to be quarantined but I was never informed.) On the install date the contractor realized they were short carpet, if they were short a few feet i would understand, however they were short an entire 11x14 master bedroom. I called the company and said it had to be ordered and would let me know Monday 3/30/2020, never received a call and waited all the way til 4/3/2020 until I CALLED THEM. Tiffany was awesome as I discussed my anger with the service and managed to find out from Mark that the carpet is in the warehouse and they will schedule with my tenant to install it. Monday 4/6/2020 I got a call stating the install wouldn't be until 4/13/2020 because of furniture in the unit. At this moment I kind of snapped stating "The furniture would of never been an issue if they ordered the proper amount of carpet the first time." they proceeded to ask if my tenant (a 74 yr old gentleman currently ongoing cancer treatment) could move the furniture himself, I quickly replied he cannot. About an hour later I got a call from John who informed me they would be installing the carpet the next day 4/7/2020 in which they did and my tenant is very happy now he can use the master bedroom. Today 4/8/2020 I finally received a call from my original sales rep Chris. Stating the carpet install is finished, and since they miscalculated the carpet I was getting a great deal at the price they originally quoted, I'm not the type to argue over things so I let it go, however the lack of gesturing a discount or rebate disgusted me in writing this review. I guess he didn't consider I didn't charge rent to my tenant since he didn't have a good portion of flooring done upon his move in date.

We were very pleased with the entire experience we had with Stinson Carpet. John came to our house and showed us samples, gave us an estimate and then when the floors were replaced everything pretty much went like clockwork. We are very happy with the end result.

We are twice happy customers of Stinson Carpet One. When we purchased home had complete home laminate flooring installed. Very satisfied with timeliness of the work as well as the quality of the installation. Just recently we had Stinson replace the bottom flooring due to water leak. This time we decided to tile the bottom floor and again the professional work performed in the removal of laminate flooring and installation of the tile was done in a timely manner and upon completion of the project were VERY happy with the results. We purchased ceramic tile for our kitchen, carpeting for our steps and upstairs hall and bedrooms, and hardwood flooring for our living room and dining room from Stinson Carpet One. Our sales person, Chris Giarolo, was very helpful and patient during the selection process. He also scheduled the measurement and installation dates. It’s really convenient dealing with one person for all aspects of the entire job. We also had them remove the existing flooring and baseboards and install new baseboards as well. Their workers showed up on time, worked all day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very professional and courteous. I have had this type of work done on other homes I have owned, and I can tell you that their installation teams were the best. The big box stores can’t compete with the quality of the professional installation at Stinson. Stinson also has a wide variety of prices and selection of flooring products to compete with the big box stores. I would definitely recommend doing business with Stinson Carpet One and would certainly use them again.

Update 10.24.19: Since my original review, Stinson has corrected all issues. I was satisfied with the more recent experience. The account representative that came to my house and the installer were excellent.

This company is unprofessional, provided terrible customer service, and a poor product. I did not choose to hire this company, instead they were contracted with my home builder.

With that said here is my experience:

I moved into my new house and immediately started to notice issues with the window blinds. Over half of them did not function normally. They either did not open and close completely or they partly opened and closed but clicked loudly and were very hard to turn.

So after calling the builders warranty department this blinds company came out weeks later. However, I almost didn't let the technician in because I was not sure she worked for the company. She was dressed so unprofessionally for interacting with customers. Definitely not what I was expecting to represent a company nor did she act like she wanted to be here.

She came in and eventually checked the blinds and initially said they were operating properly regardless of the clicking and difficulty turning them. She did repair two that did not turn completely at all.

After showing her a handful of blinds that actually worked properly she advised me that she would have the majority of them replaced. She told me that it would take the company two or three weeks to receive them.

A week later I get a call from Tiffany to schedule a repair, which confused me because a technician already said they were being replaced. Tiffany went on to say that the company decided not to replace them because they are functional. I disagreed with her and contacted my builder to handle the issue. Obviously, their definition of functional does not include a properly rotating, non-clicking, and smooth operating blind.

Please check out other companies because this one does not believe in standing behind their product or in customer service.

I had damage done to my floor due to a bad storm. So the issue didn’t cause any further damage or health risk, I quickly started to shop around to have it replaced. During this time I was also handling business overseas in which required me to travel alot. So the damaged carpet needed to be replaced asap. A lot of the flooring companies could not accommodate my situation as quick as I needed it done, until I met with a sales rep from Stinson Carpet. He was very straight to the point when providing me product details and setting an appointment to have the process done that same week. The rep was very professional and respectful. The job has been completed properly in the time needed and looks great! Job well done!
