One of my Kitchen cabinet door hinges broke off where I hide the garbage can. I went to Handyman Hardware store in downtown St. Cloud and as always, if they don't have it they always know where to send me. Handyman Hardware has excellent customer service as well! They referred me to Statewide Cabinets just off of Highway 192 and close to Partin Settlement Road. I went by today and the sign on the door said, "appointments only". I did not have an appointment. I called the number on the sign and was standing outside. April answered and actually came out and let me in. The level of customer service was really top notch! She set me up with Ryleigh and they were able to assist me. They provided me with a temporary fix and gave me the option of ordering what I needed or going to another store in Kissimmee. Based on the service, I used the temporary fix that would hide my garbage can during Thanksgiving and ordered from them. I would highly recommend Statewide Cabinets. Ask for April or Ryleigh and they will do their best to take care of you. Thank you both for your assistance today!

In the beginning my experience was great. I took about 5 months to make my decisions and was saving for the kitchen. The design service good and we had a plan in place. The order was placed and delivered. I did not have them install my cabinets as you must have your own plumber and electrician turn things on and off. I had a family member who is a master carpenter install and a plumber who could come when thinga needed to be dine. I should have known there were going to be problems. The delivery driver was over 5 hours late. The cabinet wood was split on the top, but we were able to fix. There was a large piece of the cabinet on the bottom damaged. When I called to ask for paint to be sent I was told they don't do that. I would have to get a new cabinet. The damage could be covered with paint and sanding. I did bot want to wait another 4 weeks for a cabinet. I was told trim could also be applied. I did not want trim to cover that up so I had to paint match this at my expense. next the granite was cut wrong where the faucet goes. I gave them a chance to fix which they managed to elongate but I am screwed if I ever want to change the faucet. I said I wanted a 10% discount but I had to ask for that. No one from the company followed up after I complained. They gave me the discount on the granite but nothing for the cabinets nor an apology. I spent close to $5000. with this company. If you are considering them and want consistent service do not bother. Please don't waste your money here like I did. The invoice is paid and thank God I had my family member to fix what they would not.
