They sell items that have been previously returned and don’t work properly.

First a gaming mouse with missing accessories.

Now an Xbox controller that has drift a month later that looked like it had been torn apart already.

They lie about the extra coverage plan that doesn’t actually cover the problems.

Tammy was extremely rude and just kept gaslighting me into thinking I’ve done something wrong here.

She refused to give me her name at first so I can complain to corporate, only know her first name.

Holy cow! These have got to be the RUDEST employees in public service! I've been printing here for 2 years and every single time they are obviously upset, disrespectful and not at all helpful. I thought it would change after the one at the service desk was fired for this problem but now it's the cashiers and there's not even anyone to manage the service desk! Goodness, it's such an effortless job, how could you have SUCH A BAD ATTITUDE?

I recently ventured into the Lewiston, ID "Staples". I was tired and sort of in a hurry. I had 2 Staples employees greet me within 10 seconds of walking in the front doors. A man at the register and another woman was approaching me. When I told her what I was looking for she immediately took charge, got me what I needed, and handed me back to the guy at the register.

They made sure that I received credit for the ink cartridges I was recycling, and showed me where it was noted on my receipt.

Fast, IN, OUT and they made it enjoyable. I was home in no time.

That's first-rate customer service FOR SURE!!

My boyfriend has been going every Saturday to laminate some things for work. He got charged 9 dollars last week. And then this week it was 12, he asked why and the same woman as last weekend said she did it express for him instead of working on her online orders. How nice of her to actually help the customer that was there instead of the online orders. It takes not even 5 minutes to laminate two pieces of paper. There’s no need for her attitude every single time we go in.
