We bought a GE washing machine from standard TV and appliances. John Bingner was our salesman. He was a joy to work with. Our washer was delivered two days later. The delivery team was fantastic. They called me in the morning on the day of delivery and call me 10 minutes before they arrived. They were quick and neat to get all the work done. Very happy with their service.

Our salesman, Jimmy, listened well when we expressed what we wanted in a refrigerator. Even though our original choice was not in stock, he convinced us to purchase the one that we ended up with, and we are happy with it! Jimmy also did an amazing job in securing a delivery spot for us as we were about to go on a trip (our old refrigerator went on an untimely siesta). The two gentlemen who delivered the refrigerator were on time, courteous, and thorough in explaining the features of our refrigerator.

My wife and I thought the service was outstanding. The guys who delivered and installed were friendly fast and efficient, and we were really pleased with our new washer and dryer set. There was a very slight rattle on the door of the dryer. Within five minutes they were already arranging to send a replacement out with a technician to put the new door on, excellent!

I just had a great online sales experience. I was browsing for a new double wall oven and clicked the "see when available" link. To my great surprise I was contacted by a local sales person who was able to confirm the availability of an oven (at 6:45pm mind you). I had an idea of what I was looking with an emphasis on timing. Chris quickly zeroed in on some options and after about 40 text total I own a new oven. Thank you, Chris, for your quick, accurate and forthcoming sales transaction. If there are any issues with delivery and installation I'll update my review.

Purchase: I've always had great experiences with Standard TV & Appliance. This was my first time purchasing a major appliance through the chat feature, which was an awesome experience. Gary was helpful and knowledgeable and streamlined my buying process. He even kept an eye on early install dates, so I was able to get delivery earlier.
Install: Rusty and Ken did a fantastic job installing my new induction range, which I love. They were thorough, professional and kind, which included respecting the delivery rules in my highrise building. This entire experience has been fantastic.

I received a friends and family discount offer in the mail, and stopped by Standard TV & Appliance to shop appliances for a kitchen remodel. The salesperson was very helpful, and provided quotations for several different options. We continued to communicate with the salesperson over the next three weeks to clarify the various options he had quoted, and then placed our order. When placing our order, we referred to the quotation number on the proposal he had provided. The salesperson responded by informing us that he had no record of the proposal, and asked us to provide a scanned copy. After receiving the scanned copy, the salesperson sent an invoice that excluded the friends and family discount. When asked why he hadn't included the friends and family discount, the salesperson said that the discount was no longer available. Based upon my experience, I encourage anyone receiving a price proposal from this business to insist upon verbiage that indicates when the price proposal and associated discounts expire.
