I don't know how many times I've been in this place and found the bins empty. It's like there constantly out of stock on the most basic items. Merchants want us to buy locally,but it's hard to do when there out of stock. If I have to go to Boise I'll get it off Amazon and pay 20%less and have it the next day.Would of given them a"0" but counter people are always pleasant. I

I will never go back to this store again. The customer service is absolutely the worst i have ever seen. The older guy won't come from behind the counter and the younger one doesnt know or care if he helps you.

I came in for one thing. I'm looking around and I'm surprised at how much there is in the store. They guy at the counter asked if I need anything.
I told him I'm looking for a 1/2" female to female connector for a shower pipe. Should sound simple enough for someone working at a hardware store but he looked at me like I have 3 heads and asked "1/2 inch what", I said "1/2 female to female connector". He still didn't get it. He asked "what's it for?" I told him "for a shower pipe". "Shower pipe?" He asked with total confusion and slight annoyance in his voice as if he's never heard of a shower pipe.
I'm not gonna sit here and explain something self-explanatory to someone like he's a child so I left.
