Great experience walking in. We told the entry desk what we were looking for and were directed to the second floor. Once we arrived on the 2nd floor we were greeted and assigned an interior design specialist named Katherine King. We told her our price range and what we were looking for and after viewing and sitting on several couches, she steered us to an amazing close out deal and it was exactly what we wanted. We weren’t even there that long. She made it super easy.

Second time visiting, hoping for a different experience from my first… both experiences were disappointing. The most recent visit, we had a sales consultant greet us and help navigate the store. We were looking at custom fabrics and when we saw a fabric on a sofa we liked we asked her “what fabric is this?” Her response “I don’t know it’s somewhere on that wall”…. When I’m looking at spending $2500+ on a custom sofa, I would expect a little friendlier interaction. After we told her we would not be buying until after the first of the year she handed us her card and walked off and acted annoyed. I understand quotas must be met but I absolutely would not recommend or spend my money here- there are plenty of other furniture stores.

My fiancé and I were looking for a new couch and went to the usual suspect of stores, but could never find anything we liked. We finally decided to check out Stacy in Grapevine. What a great store! We were greeted by Dave Cordell and he was always in ear shot, but not too clingy. Dave helped us figure out a couch in our budget and even worked with us to make sure we got the best bang for our buck!
We also decided to get a chair while at the store. My fiancé decided to look at some of the specs when we got home and noticed a price discrepancy. Dave honored the lower price seen online! He kept in touch regarding delivery and our 8-week delivery only took 4 weeks!
Highly recommend this store. Thanks again Dave!

We went to 6 furniture stores before we found our way to Stacy’s. Reason being we live west of Fort Worth so the drive was a bit long. Well it was well worth the drive. We were looking for a casual dining room table and chairs set. From the moment we walked in to Stacy’s and left, it was nothing but a positive experience. The concierge who greets you at the front door and directs you to the location you need to be was smiling and very pleasant. Todd Hall, our salesman, asked all the right questions to help us locate a set we were looking for. He definitely went above and beyond trying to make sure we were satisfied customers. Cheryl, who assisted us with scheduling, was also very helpful and pleasant. Great job everyone!
