I knew taking my daughter's custom 10/22 to an AR manufacturer like Spike's Tactical for Cerakote was going to be a bit outside their wheelhouse. I mean, how many times does a little girl come through their door and ask that they paint her gun Robin's Egg Blue? But, they came highly recommended from a friend and we went over one day to talk to them about what she wanted. Alex and the entire staff of Spike's were very professional and understanding. A lot of times you get the gruff kind of people that work at gun stores, but these folks adapted to talk politely and professionally to my young daughter. She told them what she wanted and boy did Alex deliver! His Cerakote job was amazing! He put a glitter finish on the blue so it sparkles just like she wanted and man did he do a great job on the barrel's helical fluting - very clean work! Spike's, you have a customer for life because of his work. Thank you for treating my daughter with respect and exceeding our expectations!

I ordered a Spikes Bcg online. It finish wasn't right in one spot. Notified the company I bought it from, sent a couple pictures and spikes had one on the way the next day. 1st rate service from a 1st rate company. Thanks for making everything hassle free .

I've been a Spikes customer since 2011. Only recently have I had the ocassion to request customer service for a minor issue with a rifle. I contacted John D and he sent me a Return Authorization/UPS mailing label on a Monday, Spikes Rec'd on Wed morning, corrected issue and returned it the same day, I received it on Sat (delivery was actually attempted on Fri, but I was not home to Sign). You cannot get better Customer Service. I appreciate the entire team at Spikes, good job.

I've heard about Spikes for a while now and have heard nothing but great things about the company and their products. I was finally in a position to give them a try for a recent build I was working on and I'm so glad I did.

Everyone I dealt with in the store was beyond friendly and accommodating.

When I had a slight issue with a part I purchased, I emailed John D and got a reply in less than an hour. Not only did he address my issue, he went above and beyond in making it right.

Great experience with a great company and great people. I would absolutely do business with them again.

I have purchased and used several products from Spikes and always been happy with them. I did recently have dealings with their customer service and wanted to leave a review.

I have a 9mm AR pistol that was somewhat cobbled together but had a Spikes dedicated Colt pattern lower and Spikes 9mm bolt. The only issue I had with it was the the only way to remove the firing pin for cleaning would be to drive out a roll pin. Not optimal but doable. I kept putting off removing the roll pin and cleaning the firing pin because I wanted to get some new roll pins in case the old was damaged in the process.

I emailed Spikes about that and they quickly responded and informed me that they had improved their 9mm bolts and changed from a roll pin to a normal firing pin retaining pin. I was told that If I would send them my old bolt they would replace it with the updated version free of charge. AND they paid shipping each way!

You just can't beat customer service like that.
