I worked with Polly and Leah who helped me redesign my kitchen and a bathroom after extensive water damage had destroyed them. Polly and her assistant were very attentive, answered questions in a timely manner, and offered great ideas for the designs. My new kitchen and bathroom are just beautiful.

Polly was the designer for our kitchen remodel and the main point of contact for our project. She is very professional and so helpful. She was always available when we needed help and was very quick to respond to our texts/emails or return our phone calls. She addressed any concerns we had promptly and suggested alternative, createive solutions to problems. Her customer service is amazing and I really enjoyed working with her.

They kept the site as clean as possible while transforming it. The contract was clear, all phone calls were answered promptly, all questions answered. I love my new kitchen! As an allied trade pro, I have happily referred clients and other designers to South Bay Design Center for their remodeling and design services. Not once have they let me down. Not every project will work for them, if it’s too far out of their region or out of their scope of work, they will turn down work and I appreciate their honesty.
