I messaged him to see if I could come look at a bookshelf. I couldn’t tell in the picture if it was made with wood or particle board so I also asked which it was made of. He responded and said if I was that picky then he doesn’t want me to come and told me to take a minute to think about how absurd my question was. Weird response to a simple question.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would.
If you need a luxury showroom experience drive to Boise and go to Ashley or drive to Salt lake and go to IKEA. Jim sells gently used, refurbished apliances at reasonable prices. He's not always at the shop becaue he also does deliveries. He not only delivered 4 apliances i boutgh but installed them and did a function test to make sure they worked.
Call ahead and make sure he's available if you want to see the store. Everything is listed and pictured on the FB page. If you are like me and very visual/tactile you can go to the store and see the items. Everything is plugged in and working.
I'm 100% happy with the washer, dryer, fridge, and stove that I bought, and they all work perfectly.
I'll definitely do buiesness with him in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! We called to look at appliances, he said he would be at his store in 15 minutes. He asked me on the phone if I was ready to buy, I told him if we can find something then yes. When he got to the store he was very rude and told me and my husband that why are we wasting his time if we came in an SUV. We left and will never be back.

This scrub was all smiles when we were desperate for a fridge.before buying one we asked if it had a warranty and replied if anything happens he will be happy to fix it.Well now it does and explains it has no warranty and didn't advised that before buying it.This obese scrub is a thief .Buyer beware.Hell say anything to get his next happy meal.

DO NOT BUY from here!!! Got a fridge 3 weeks ago and it already stopped working for $560, save your money and buy it new instead. They are definitely not properly inspecting the appliances before selling them.
The item might be working when you show up to see it but who knows after you take it home. Haha joke on us pretty much threw away that money, hopefully the business owner sleeps well at night knowing he’s screwing people over.

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE!! We walked in to look at some furniture that we had previously talke with the owner about. Before we could even look he asked us how we wanted to pay and get them out of there. When we said we are not sure we want them yet because we hadn’t look at them yet he just turned and walked away and said fine get out of here then. I was too stunned to speak. Only willing to show appliances "if your serious". I wanted to see the appliance fully function and I brought up my skepticism because of all the negative reviews but still wanted to see the appliance. He just left the chat and blocked me.

He says 90 day "repair" warranty. "It's a repair warranty and it covers everything on the stove but does not cover any abuse"

Make your own judgment on his professionalism, customer service, and warranty.

My daughter just bought a washer and dryer combo .. not only does he not honor his 90 day warranty. He will block your number when you call with a problem. Has got to be the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. I will be pursuing this in court through small claims. As this seems to be an ongoing problem. If anyone would like to contact me. And also add there claim to mine, so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please feel free to contact me. And I would love to help see this guy put out of business for his lies, and theft.
