Great service from Nick. We went back and forth for about 2 weeks on some couches and he was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable on the fabrics and wear and tear. He called me a couple days later to see if I was happy with our new furniture. The delivery guys were very respectful when delivering. David Tolman was so wonderful to deal with. We went in with a few questions about the couch we purchased a year ago. It was making a little bit of noise when you sat on it. He promptly came to the rescue! He came over to our house to see what was going on and continued to look over the whole couch. It was then when he noticed something else was going on with the couch. He made sure the warranty was ready to go and had someone come pick it up. In every way he took care of us. He made this the easiest thing to deal with. This feels like we're sitting on a new a whole different couch! Thanks for everything David! You were such a pleasure to work with.
