I contacted Showroom Windows And Doors of Austin because they were a well reviewed authorized installer of Marvin windows. I did a lot of research on window manufacturers and was intrigued with Marvin's window frames which were thin profiled with clean lines and made with ultrex a fiberglass composite.
I scheduled a consult with Brandon the owner and was so grateful to not have to endure a three hour high pressure presentation. Brandon was thorough with his information, answered all my questions and gave me some great design recommendations. It was a pleasure visiting with him. He also was able to give me an accurate time line on the process.
I appreciated Heather from the office keeping me informed on scheduling etc...
Installation went very smoothly. The highly skilled crew led by Steve worked like a well oiled machine. They had a strong work ethic and did a good job cleaning up each day. Scott the project manager kept a good eye on things and was readily available.
I'm delighted with my new windows. They have really elevated the appearance of my house as well as decreased the outside noise . Working with Showroom has definitely been a 5 star experience.

Loving my new doors, but I'm not really here to write about that. How exciting is a door? To me, not very, as long as it works like it's supposed to. But Jesse, the tech who came out to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly, really blew me away. Our project involved the demolition of an 8-ft by 8-ft rear wall section that contained a door and a window, and installation of an 8-ft by 8-ft glass sliding door-and-window combination. Outstanding people, product and service from Showroom Windows and Doors! We could not be happier with the attention and service we got from Brandon and his team. Patrick (sales), Dayne (ops), Angel (install team) and Brandon (owner) were all very professional and knowledgeable. There was never any high pressure sales like other companies, consistent check-ins and they over delivered on all commitments. I researched a number of companies along with Marvin, Pella and Anderson windows and decided on Infinity from Marvin based on quality and price. I then had to find a company who could sell and install the Marvin windows. We did our window project in two phases and we selected another window company in Austin for the 1st phase. While the windows were awesome and the install was good for the most part the follow-up was pathetic. I could not get the company back out to complete the finish work around our window casings from damage done during the install. So we decided to use Showroom Window and Doors for the 2nd phase. Again the windows were awesome and this time the install crew was also awesome. The biggest difference was they completed all finish work needed for the limited and usual damage around our window casings before finishing the install. They do not leave the job site until all work is finished to the customers satisfaction. In fact, some of our window casing look even better than before. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and professionalism we experienced from Brandon and his team!!!! Night and day experience compared to the other window company.

Showroom Windows & Doors in Austin just finished installing our new front door last Saturday. What can I say… It looks great! I am very happy and very impressed with their product and their service. Dane in operations and Luke, who installed the door, were very professional. Sales people were knowledgeable and clear about my options. Lots of different doors, sizes and finishes to choose from.
An excellent experience all around.
