They have improved a lot in terms of seats and sound. The overall ambience matches the modern theatres.
A worth place to watch movies now in east Nagpur.
The snack counter needs to be improved by making proper management of queue.

The theatre is average only the projection quality is not very impressive. The access into hall is very narrow and has steep steps. And there is no order to follow entry. So if you take your kids you should take care of them I'm the crowd at entry. Very bad management.
Don't take elderly people here as its difficult to climb and stand in the crowd.

The seats are not even clean you have to go and clean the seats off popcorn paper wrappers and poured cola or water... The recliner is of poor angle and less leg space.

Audio quality was good. Canteen doesn't have much option to chose. Sandwich is good.

Parking is facility is a big headache. Forget car parking even bike parking is a problem here.

The staffs need to trained more of cleanliness and service.

This movie theatre have such a hopeless and manner less staff. Dik ne m hi sb gunde dikte h tho bath bhi vaisi hi karege .. i was having ladies with me, And the staff asked then “aise kaise andar ghus gaye” (out side it was Raining 🌧️ ) Respect matters a lot guys. So plz avoid such place. Zero stars. Because i feel GIVE RESPECT AND TAKE RESPECT. #SKYLIGHT CINEMA
