I cannot say enough positive things about this store. Today, I had something specific that I was looking for. I explained it to the salesman, and he said that he'd show me around and I'm welcome to take a look, but he knows that they will have exactly what I am looking for next door. I went over there after he showed me around, and sure enough, they had what I wanted! It was so easy to purchase the furniture and they wrapped it and loaded it in my vehicle for me. It feels rare these days to be treated with kindness and transparency in these situations, and so this was a shining example of stellar customer service. Thank you!

I would have given this facility more stars except for the fact that the wheelchair ramp on the outside of the building is corroded and you cannot roll over it with a wheelchair. To get into the building I had to get out of my wheelchair and have someone lift it over the corroded ramp. Once inside the store the store did not allow for a wheelchair to access any of the Isles they were too narrow and had pieces of furniture sticking out from the sides that block access. Only takes a little bit to make this accessible for everyone to shop there.

What a great, one stop, fully equipped store. Not only can you find a well stocked inventory of immediately available furniture & decor; personal customizable orders from a vast array of vendors is easy to pick out just exactly what you are looking for. Carmin Snyder is on point with accurate pricing, availability of finishes and general time lines each product would require in order to be exactly what you are wanting; she and her staff are also skilled at suggestions should you find you are uncertain of a good choice. Flooring and other home finishes being housed in the same building make shopping a dream. My husband and I have been loyal customers of Sandpoint Furniture since 2001. We have purchased tile and wood flooring, La-A-Boy recliners, sofas, mattresses, a bed, blinds and drapes, and rugs there. We just bought beautiful wool carpeting that was bound into two area rugs at the store. It’s not just the quality products but also the wonderful employees that keep us returning to Sandpoint Furniture.

We purchased a living room set and didn't inspect the furniture as it was being brought into the house and assembled. The recliner was brought in with the back already installed and the couch was brought in with the backs off. The broken attachments were not noticeable until I tried to remove the back of the recliner to move it. We have owned the furniture for 18 months, so it's out of warranty. The back of the recliner is secured by a wood screw. When the item was delivered, we not not informed of the defect. The warehouse manager was blaming the wood screw on the manufacturer. This is totally unacceptable. Not only to be sold furniture was was broken as new, bur then to blame the manufacture and not notify the customer of the defect. Poor reputation.

I've had wonderful experiences dealing with Sandpoint Furniture and Jody in particular in buying two really nice mattresses and some cool artwork. I'll definitely go back for all my furniture needs and I appreciate how they'll deliver to the Yaak.
