After searching all over town for a replacement part for my dryer, I stumbled upon Sam's Appliance. I had zero prior knowledge that this business existed, but now that I do i will be using them for all of my appliance repair needs. The moment I walked in I was greeted and helped. Though i was able to find the part through Sam's, I wasn't able to fix my dryer on my own. Oh well at least now I know who to call! It is very apparent that they care about there customers and will go above and beyond to help. Thank you for helping me today, your kindness really shows and I will be sure to recommend you every chance I get.

Sam is great. We had a problem with a dryer over the weekend but he came out on the Monday holiday to resolve it for us. Knowledgeable repair, above and beyond service, compassionate, really cares about his customers. It's so good to have a local place one can shop for refurbished appliances that he has gone over personally.

Sam’s appliances just one of our great local small business owners in town. I stop by just to get ideas on how to take care of my own appliances. He took the time to come over and actually help me and made a service call. Customer service was amazing ! Sam was polite, professional and responded quickly. We gave him the model number of the dryer and he came with parts on hand to replace the belt and rollers. He did it quickly and was done in less than an hour. The charges were mostly for travel time. Still cheaper than buying a new dryer.

Hey y'all. Appliances are outta sight expensive these days, right? Well, check out Sam's appliances (located in Lewiston, ID) on FB MARKETPLACE. We just purchased a very nice, reconditioned Kenmore Elite dryer from Sam's, for a reasonable price, and could not be happier. Definitely check Sam's out if you're in need. You will not be disappointed!
