Checking out I was asked if I needed a .15 cent bag, really, you want me to pay for your advertising. A bag with your name on it should be free. Not cool. Hope you don't try to write off the advertising in your business expenses at tax time. I'm a business owner and many of your client are also. This makes me concerned to what else your doing to provide products to the customer. This gets the 1 star for Shady place to shop.

Who runs this place? Things are never stocked, the place is messy, and they're understaffed. I don't blame the employees at all, they have always been kind and helpful in the past, I enjoy this store. But whoever runs it needs to start doing their job: managing. Pay your employees better, treat them nicer, learn how to schedule, and at least stock the shelves. Maybe a shipment just came in or something but there was stuff lying everywhere.

I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that helped me. She had short colored hair and was AMAZING!! I had just gotten a new cut and was looking for products to be able to recreate it and she pulled lots of options and told me about each so I could decide which worked best for me. I got just what I needed . Very knowledgeable and great service!!!

So I went into Sally's in search of a good more or less gentler lightener. The lady that helped me was fantastic!! She gave me exactly what I was looking for and kept a smile on her face while maintaining a good positive demeanor the whole time! I didn't catch her name but she was adorable! The next day I had to go back because I had forgotten a few things and I think her name was Mandy? She was awesome as well!! First she complimented my outfit thought my leggings were pretty cool. Lifting up her customers is awesome! Then she helped me and gave me a background of her experience with certain products! Also a plus in my book! Thank you both soo much!! My hair is bleached and still soft! Keep up the excellent work!

I would like to to rate my experience, however I have yet to get through the front door.
This is the third time I've been here and the place is closed. I understand they are experiencing an employee shortage. But it is 11:15 am on a Tuesday and the place is locked and no one is here. This is the 3rd time I've come here during their shortened hours and found the place place deserted. I live and work in Clarkston. What a waste of time and gas this has been AGAIN.

Friendly staff, clean environment with floor markers to maintain Social Distancing while shopping. There were quite a few dyes out of stock but that may be due to ingredients shortages. Slightly irked that they want me to pay for a shopping bag when I had 4 items that fit in my hand, but otherwise it was an in and out experience, no hassle.

This week I will be trying Ion's Inspired by Nature dye and I hope that it holds up to regular Ion Permanent and HiColor dyes that Sally's carries, as my usual Firetruck Red is no longer carried by Sally's in store.
