I did not realize that buying a bedroom set can be an easy and wonderful experience. All kind of mattresses, adjustable frames, headboard and pillows were available for u to see, feel, try and experience. Superior quality and affordable (great Thanksgiving sale). What made my experience unforgettable was the out of this world customer service from Bill , Kevin and Shenia. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I am sooo grateful. Exceptional!

My wife and I Live in Michigan and there is not a store in our local area. We have been researching the company online for quite some time. Initially, we were hesitant to just order online because there was not a store nearby that we could see and trial the . We were down in Florida for a family vacation We made a stop in Winter Park. We decided to visit the store there in Winter Park. Our sales associate Joey was very professional, knew the products very well, and answered all our questions. He explained all the different models that were on display outlining the properties of each mattress. The store in Winter Park was beautifully presented, very clean, and inviting. Joey had indicated that the mattress could take up to 21 days before delivered. However, we received our mattress one week to the order date. In seven days we had Our mattress and powerbase. It is very hard to find great customer service nowadays. If you were looking for a new mattress and power base, I highly recommend working with Saatva. If you are in Winter Park, Florida or the general area I also highly recommend stopping in and seeing Joey. You will leave feeling very informed. You will leave, knowing that you spent your money well based on the service and the quality of the product. We are looking forward to using her new mattress. Thank you Joey for your great service and your time when we visited the store. You don’t find very many companies like this anymore. My wife and I were very happy we made a decision to do business with.Saatva.
