These folks are the real deal. From Colton in service to getting me in the shop and Jason who performed the work is very experienced and knowledgeable. He got the job done timely and I am back on the road to continue my trip. Just an awesome experience all the way around. Thanks guys.

My company truck has been in there since February. This is now July! Warranty through Pacaar appears to be worth less than used toilet paper.
Lost an engine somehow in shipping. ? now it's somehow gas in fuel system? I'm still trying to figure out how it got there. My fuel card and camera say I'm not guilty.

Sent my truck in here because they said they had a tech to work on my truck they lied and kept my truck for 6 days. After 6 days I had to pull my truck out because they were wasting my time and money. Will never use this place again. They are a scam and try to take advantage of truckers, which is disgusting especially in a time where our industry is already suffering. DO NOT SEND YOUR TRUCKS HERE.

The guys at this location went above and beyond to help me get back going after my truck had a major DEF system issue. Within 24hrs they were able to get me back up and going and we’re completely honest with what was needed to correct the issue and kept me updated on the process.
They even were kind enough to save me money on an Uber and shuttle me around between the shop and my hotel. Highly recommend these guys if you have an issues in the Abilene, TX area!

Had a Tuesday morning appointment for a b service, brought the truck in Monday morning and went to a hotel. They didn't call me Tuesday. I called them around 4pm and was told the truck wasn't even brought into the shop yet, they would get to it Wednesday. Had to pay for 2 days in the hotel, lost my Wednesday load because we didn't have a truck. Told them to replace the locks on the side work box, they pulled the locks and had them rekeyed, but only the top lock. I left there without trying the key, my mistake. The key it very tight and the lock doesn't lock all the way. Not good service, wasn't worth the $1200 bill, didn't even get a reach around. Never again.
