This was the worse shop we have ever been to for wedding dress shopping. They falsely advertised having wedding dresses when in fact they had maybe 30 dresses. Almost all the dresses they had online were not in the store. The stylist that was supposed to help us try on dresses was gone even though we made an appointment months ago. We traveled from another state for this appointment and felt like we were imposing. The fitting room was so small and the floor was very dirty. I had to help my daughter put on the dresses. Overall it was a very bad experience.

We stopped by this store to look for a Prom dress for my daughter. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lola. She asked my daughter what she was looking for and suggested a few options based on what my daughter was looking for. My daughter LOVED the dresses that Lola found for her. It was such a great experience and Lola was the sweetest!!!

I bought my Mother of the Bride gown here and had a wonderful experience. Lola, the shop owner, is very talented, professional and very pleasant. She knows her stuff! She went above and beyond to search for the size of the gown I fell in love with. She found the last one in Canada and had it shipped immediately. Karen, who, altered the hem of my gown was also fabulous. Overall, I highly recommend Roxanne's Couture, Lola and Karen. I would buy from them, again. Thank you, Lola!

Lola has years of experience in formal wear/ wedding gowns. I looked at many “Mother of the Bride” dresses. Nothing compared to the dress that I ordered from Roxanne’s Couture. Elegant, sophisticated, high quality fabric, are just a few adjectives to describe the dress I purchased. Lola ordered my size and had it in her shop in a week. I would highly recommend this Boutique in Scottsdale for her breathtaking attire. Thank you Lola for all of your hard work. I love my gown!

i love this place!!!! i found my prom dress here, the lady, brandy, was so sweet. she didn’t pressure anything on me and was so genuine in telling me what looked best. i’m usually nervous in these situations but she made me feel so comfortable and confident! love her and the dresses at this store.

I first came to Roxanne’s Couture after I had the biggest issue finding the dress of my dreams for homecoming. When I walked in, I was immediately helped out by the owner Lola, and she helped me find the perfect dress. Lola is one of the kindest, loving, and honest people I have ever met. She is also a stylist, so she is able to help direct her customers to the styles that can truly bring out their best assets. No matter who comes in, who is making a purchase, or any order that need to be placed, Lola is always able to take care of her clients and treats everyone like family. Because of this, I have come back to Roxanne’s numerous times for homecomings, proms, pageant gowns, and more. If you are looking for a gorgeous gown and having a personal connection with the staff, Roxanne’s couture is definitely the place to go.
