A mixed bag! The bulk section and huckleberries are great and the only place I can get certain things. I've never had a problem with any of their produce looking subpar, it's all nice and fresh. The sliced deli meat is the same as some brands at Albertsons, but cheaper. However, the deli section also doesn't know what's in their prepared food most of the time, which is important for me due to allergies and is off putting. The bakery is kind of terrible sometimes, the maple bar frosting is strange, completely unlike other Rosauers. And the cannoli taste like they are filled with buttercream frosting instead of ricotta based, which is gross and honestly bizarre.

Bought an 8 piece chicken from the deli and it was undercooked when we went to eat it there was literally blood, took it back and the person that had cooked it uses the probe and said it was at the temperature it was supposed to be. Wouldn’t refund the money so I just left the chicken and walked out. Beware of fresh chicken just cooked it’s not done.

Everything is way over priced. More than any other store in town. And, the bakery has gone way down hill. I'm wondering why you have a bakery at all.

Fast, friendly customer service! Meat department is wonderful, as well as their deli and bakery items. Prices are typically higher, but on their meat, you can't beat the quality. I often watch the ads. They do have good sales!

Update: try to avoid the rotisserie chicken at all costs..I paid 10.12 for a tiny chicken today...it had a ton of skin on it I had to buy it on a whim because WinCo was out...the chicken was good but very overpriced they are significantly more expensive than Walmart or WinCo and they are the same size. I wouldn't of bought this if I had not needed it last minute for chicken noodle soup.

Well I really only shop here for the bakery and deli! Let's start with the bakery the maple bars are so so good the best you can get and the bear claws are outstanding they also have great peanut butter cookies with a layer of chocolate frosting on the top they are absolutely scrumptious! The deli has great fried chicken I bought a chicken meal here last fall that came with mashed potatoes and it was less than 10 bucks! The deli has THE BEST sandwiches! I like the snake river sandwich (I think that is what it is called) The sandwiches run at about 9 bucks the ingredients are top notch the meat and veggies are crispy and fresh and the bread is soft and fluffy! I have a friend that told me u can use your EBT on the sandwiches at the deli as well however not on the hot food. The deli is a great place to grab your lunch or dinner!

Lewiston’s floral department is sub par. Dirty water in the vases of wilted, droopy flowers & brown leaves is ALL they had to offer in the cooler. The potted flowers were bone dry and droopy as well. What’s not sub par are their prices! The caliber of quality didn’t warrant the price tag.
It’s better to have an empty cooler that is clean and waiting for the flower order to arrive than an associate “trying to look busy” and making excuses for the conditions of their department. This stuff looked like it had been gathered up from a cemetery before mowing day!
Come on you guys, this department used to shine! As a designer, today’s visit to the floral department made me quite sad.

I have only ever used Apple Pay in the store. As long as they have had the tap to pay option, it is all I have ever used. I have never used my physical card. Ever.

Tonight at checkout it would not accept my payment as valid. A rather rude cashier told me “yeaaaa, you can keep trying, but it won’t work.”

Okay, well it always has.
It’s super inconvenient to have that option available only for it to not work all of a sudden. & for your employee to argue with me and suggest it never has? That’s problematic.
