We are very pleased with the service here at Ronbow. We worked with Wendy for designing the closet space and cabinets of our house. We loved all their showrooms. Wendy was very helpful in her suggestions and ideas to fit what we were looking for. Highly recommend coming here for any remodeling or rebuilding needs. It was a great experience.

We visited the Ronbow showroom in Redwood City last year prior to purchasing 4 vanities for remodeling 3 bathrooms and a powder room. We had visited a couple of their other showrooms like the one in Cupertino, but the one in Redwood City is much larger with a lot more displays.
As for the vanities themselves, we purchased Rift White Oak cabinets with a natural finish. The door style was Shaker with the 2-1/4 stiles. The installation was also done by Ronbow. We are quite pleased with the final result and love the look!
Overall, we believe we got good value for what we purchased. We did get a promotional discount and that helped a lot.

Ronbow has been great to work with. From design to delivery things were predictable and I was given great guidance by the team. The materials were delivered on time per specification by the team, they have been responsive to requests for additional materials, change of materials and always accommodating to their best of abilities.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ronbow. The showroom and fake discount felt like a scam designed to lure customers in, showing beautiful displays and promising high-quality service with low price. However, once I placed a deposit, the experience changed drastically. The customer service disappeared, and I was left without any updates on my order. My delivery was a huge mess and has been delayed far beyond the promised date, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I’ve received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear they prioritize getting deposits over genuinely serving their customers.

I've done MANY kitchen updates and remodels and NONE TURNED OUT AS GOOD AS RONBOW'S.
THE CABINETS ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, fit like a glove, INCLUDED EVERYTHING I DREAMED OF and made everyone's job smooth that came in after the delivery.
Kitchens take time, plan on it and be patient and let their design team do their magic!
If you are lucky enough to get Wendy as your design consultant you will get a perfect job!
Their prices can't be beat for the versatility and quality.
No need to look any further IMHO!

We are very thankful to work with Wendy as she is extremely polite and professional designer knows what she is doing. Ronbow's quality is excellent for price and many show rooms in Bay Area that can be easily accessed. We stumbled into store in Redwood City and Ronbow became our choice for kitchen, bathroom, and other built-in closet needs. :).

Had high hopes from Ronbow but I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with the delay in my cabinet delivery.

We got our final on-site survey done on May 22 and placed the order (submitted and paid in full) on Jun 10 and was promised 4-8 weeks delivery time (as advertised on their website). 

When I contacted the designer to inquire about the status of my order, they said they will not know until it goes into production. I don’t expect this response from a company that boasts of local manufacturing facility. 

As the days turned to months, I continued to follow up but the customer service has been abysmal. Got this standard response full of disclaimers.

“Estimated Completion Date: 9/15/23
Please note that this date is an approximate, and while we strive to meet it, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could cause slight delays”

With their current ETA, the cabinets will be delivered after 4 months from the survey, with a strong possibility of further delays. Our remodeling project is on hold and we have already been without a kitchen for several months now. This is in contrast to their website advertising fast lead times of 4-8 weeks. When we brought this to their attention, the customer service shrugged it off saying their lead times vary with the order.

Their inability to communicate effectively and keep their promises has been very frustrating.

I hope this review serves as a warning to others that the lead times of 4-8 weeks on their website is misleading and also prompts the store management to take a hard look at their operations and customer service practices
