I came in last week for a quart of paint for touch up. I brought a gallon can that was over a decade old that had set up and I was warned that since it had been so long the tint might be off. The color was a bit dark, so I brought it back with a tiny wall paint sample and Jordan lightened it up, but it was still a little dark. After looking around I found a spot to cut out a larger paint sample and Jordan adjusted the color again with success. I appreciate her persistence and applaud her for doing so well with the first tiny sample I brought. Keep up the great work!

Amazing! They matched the color I wanted to a T. I didn't know they tested it on the sample I brought till I got it in the light and saw the gloss. They were busy today, young lady was very stressed but was super nice. The gentleman who helped us spent time to show me the gloss differences so I could make an educated choice on my kitchen cabinets. Very knowledgeable with warm friendly smiles made the place a place I will return to many more times to come. Thank you!

Its regional so any snags that occur along the way is worth it. Everybody there is super cool and just want the customers to be satisfied! More of the money they pay in taxes is funneled back into the local economy both at a higher dollar amount and faster rate!

I ordered a special order stain from Jordan. When I brought it home my contractor said it was incorrect. I was devasted as it was a special order from Sashco Stain. I called and spoke with Jordan and she was so nice and helpful. Sashco had said they would take the stain back, but Rodda didn't have to. They took it back and ordered what I needed. It was such a relief for me. I so appreciate the customer service that went above and beyond. I will always buy my paint/stain products here.

Selling my house of 3 yrs and needed to do some touch ups outside. The old containers had the paint info and I took the peeling paint chips. They didn't have the exact same base. The gentleman said he would look into records to see how to match it. He called me when he got the 3 different colors mixed. I think he was as excited as I was that he was successful. Very good customer service!!
I didn't know what to expect but I was waited on me right away. Very inviting!
