We used Kitchen & Bath Showroom and Guy Biggs Construction for our kitchen remodel. The original kitchen was removed down to the studs. They worked with us from designing our new kitchen to completely remodeling the kitchen. They also removed and replaced the flooring in the kitchen, entry, hallway, guest bathroom, and living room.

The workmen were knowledgeable, professional, and went beyond just removing and installing things. They communicated well and respected our decisions. One rainy day in November, they heard water leaking into the attic and were able to quickly repair the leak.

We LOVE our new fully remodeled kitchen by Rocklin Kitchen & Bath Showroom / Guy Biggs Construction (RKBS) and are extremely pleased with the results and the entire process! Everything in our 45+ year old kitchen was removed and completely replaced -- cabinets, countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet, plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, drywall. RKBS also replaced our bathroom countertops/sinks and installed new flooring in most of the house. We are thrilled with all of the upgrades! Before working with RKBS, we visited several big box stores and other popular kitchen design shops but we chose RKBS since we felt most comfortable with their helpful designers, experienced contractors, quality products, and reasonable cost/time estimates. Now that this project is done (on time and on budget), we know we made the right choice. Our remodel was completed 2 months ago and everything functions well and looks absolutely beautiful. We truly believe that RKBS was there to support us throughout our project to give us the high quality, customized results we wanted that fit within our budget. We look forward to working with RKBS again on our next project 🙂

We worked mainly with Mark, Eliana, and Marius, but all of the staff provide excellent customer service and are easy to work with. They are honest, reliable, and professional. The designers we worked with (Eliana, Naomi, Katie) are more friendly and helpful than the other shops we visited. Since this was our first major remodel and we didn't know exactly what we wanted, their design services were very important to us. They offer a terrific variety of products on display including cabinets, countertops, backsplash, hardware, flooring, and more. They notified us about new products at the showroom then provided samples for us to review. Some of the products they carry we didn't see anywhere else. The designers are responsive and did a wonderful job assisting us with the overall design, answering our questions, finalizing our selections, and finding the materials we needed at great prices. The contractors who completed the work are also amazing (Mark, Marius, Tim), the best we've ever worked with. They are very knowledgeable and handled everything we requested. They respected our input and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. They discussed their daily schedule when they arrived, cleaned the area when they left, and regularly impressed us with their high quality work. All aspects of our remodel went smoothly and our home looks beautiful due to their experience, suggestions, and attention to every detail.

We couldn't be happier with the results and we definitely recommend RKBS!

Used K&BS for two bathroom remodels and now they are tiling our entire downstairs and remodeling our kitchen. They do it all. Custom cabinets, floor/wall/countertop tile, counter tops all types, shower enclosures, free standing and alcove, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. All their employees are great to work with both in their store and those in the field doing the work!!
