Let me be clear, I try to buy local when I can but not at a cost that is just unacceptable. For me to spend some time driving and a few hundred extra in diesel, I was able to save about 10k in purchase price. Let that sink in, I was able to buy the same RV and a model year newer when I ordered from a dealer outside the valley. I even went to their Spokane dealer and the best they would do was still $7000 more and a model year older than what I ended up purchasing.

The downside is the new camper had a bad thermostat that needed the warranty work to replace it. I called RnR, who is the local dealer for this brand of RV, and the service department said they won’t do warranty work on a camper they did not sell. It might seem like a downside at first but luckily there were other places in the valley that would do the warranty work and Travelland RV got me in right away and fixed it under the warranty. It only reinforced that in this case, it was worth going outside the valley to purchase an RV and that RnR RV is not a place that wanted my business.

Luckily for RnR, there are plenty of people in the valley that don’t compare prices and will greatly overpay what RnR demands for the same RV you can get outside the valley for so much less. The salesman were still nice and great to work with but they seem to have enough business from people willing to overpay that they were comfortable in overcharging people. I’m sure it is just management encouraging maximizing profits off of trusting people and also the ones who made the policy of not doing warranty work on a brand of camper they sell unless it was purchased at RnR RV.

While we were camping in Clarkston with 2 other families we decided to check out rv's in Lewiston at RNR RV and we met Scott who got to show 6 of us around. While he showed us some really nice rvs they just didn't have one in stock that was what we were looking for. He was able to locate some in the Spokane location and arranged for us to meet Kevin who showed us a nice trailer that we bought and just picked up Thursday. The orientation and service department got us all hooked did an excellent job. We are taking it out Sunday thru Tuesday at Kettle Falls Campground. Thanks taking the time to answer all our questions.

While the purchase of our RV at R&R in Spokane was pleasant, and service in Spokane was as expected, Lewiston R&R service leaves much to be desired. The first year we took out camp trailer in for service, Kevin was our tech. We really liked him and appreciated his service and advice. After that, however, we have been really disappointed... both with how long service took and damage caused during service. We did get a wall that was scratched replaced for free, when I picked. The trailer up, there was new damage... I do not recommended their service department...

Our trailer jack died while attached to our truck. We got the trailer off finally. RnR RV parts sales person helped us select the right jack for our trailer size. We thought we could remove the old one however that was not the case. Michelle in Service was very helpful getting us scheduled. When we arrived she brought Dalton to do the job he was pleasent and worked quickly, getting us back on the road. Great customer service.

I have a 2017 Keystone Montana and the rear AC started leaking water when it rained. RnR looked into the cause and found the issue. They worked hard with Keystone to replace the AC unit but they just wouldn't budge. RnR contacted Dometic the manufacture of the AC unit and worked out a deal to replace the unit free of charge. It was installed profecionaly and quickly. RnR really went out of their way to get my trailer ready for the season.

We would just like to say we loves our salesman Chris Meek when we bought our 2022 Springdale last June. My 2 year old granddaughter and I went and looked at them with Chris. He asked me what we was looking for. I said we want a camper with a bunk and 28ft. Awna, and I looked at a few to see what would work for her to get up her self. Nope not those first few. While Chris took us to the Springdale and it was just want she wanted. She even climbed to the top bunk but Chris or Nana had to be right there for her. So we told papa we went and looked and Awna, showed her papa this is our new camper please! Thank you Chris Meek for all your help and loving a beautiful little girl we call monkey as her nick name. ❤️

First I brought my Rv in to have our refrigerator fixed as it was not staying cold. They told me it was a fan and that they would need to order the part. I couple weeks later they told me the part was in and so I brought my Rv back. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong part so I had to bring it back a third time a couple weeks later. This time they replaced the part except that was not the issue. So I brought it back a 4th time when they told me that it was not the fan but a small dent in my door that was not creating a good seal. So I paid for nothing. I brought it back a second time to have a window sealed that was leaking….well the window still leaks, they told me it was the weep hole and that can happen. Except it still happens every time it rains. Then I brought it in to have a leak in my grey tank looked at. They advised me it was fixed and sent me on my way. Guess what, still leaked. I brought it back again and they told me they could not find the leak. It started leaking immediately when I got it home so I called them back and they said they would send someone out in a few days to take a look at it. That was 2 months ago and I still have not heard from them. Do not go here, they will fix nothing. Also, the lady who is at the front seat is rude and inconsiderate

Update July 28
RnR had my 2022 3231CK for 2 weeks fixing various problems. Last year I had a lot of frustration with them, but this year they did a bunch of work for me. It took several visits and one two week stretch to get everything done, but they did it. They've corrected all my problems except that I've several wet bolts that won't take grease.

I purchased a new Keystone Montana from RVR. Every time I call RVR for questions or service I am told that the person I need to talk to is not available. I'm promised a callback that never happens. There's been twice that we've had immediate problems. Once when leveling system failed and jacks stuck in extended position while we were traveling. I needed immediate help, but didn't get it from RVR.
Another problem... My trailer has a Norcold 2118 fridge. It's huge and beautiful, and turned all the way up on 9 it struggles to maintain temps. I've had fridge temps 50degrees and freezer temps 20 degrees. DON'T buy a unit that has this fridge! I called RVR about this. I was promised someone would contact me. Never happened. I upgraded this to residential dual 12 volt compressors and now it works perfectly. The Amish cooling units are worth every penny.
One more problem... the brakes on this trailer are very weak. RVR advised me to burnish them which I did. Helped only a little. The factory brakes are never able to lock any wheels, not even on gravel. Am going to upgrade these to disc brakes. I checked brake adjustment which was perfect.
Another problem... the day/night roller shades tend to brake. I currently have three that will not roll up due to a broken and very cheap plastic part. Shades are nice when they work, but they are failure prone. Update: upgraded to disc brakes. much better
Once done I will have spent approx 7k on fridge and brakes over and above the 90+ purchase price.
I also created a list of little issues that I wanted addressed. Once again, RVR made promises and then forgot the promises.
Don't buy from RVR. There is NO service after the sale.
I spent over 90k for a unit that basically has no warranty. On paper it has a warranty, but it's useless if you can get service.
Update: Yesterday I called the service department again and someone named Vicky answered. She listened, promised to call me back and did so. This is a HUGE improvement over the woman I've talked to previously. Vicky's response to my call was very promising.
