On my last visit I had a new engine put in my equinox, service adviser was good and helpful, they got the work done very quickly. When I went to pick it up I would have liked someone come and explain what was done ,what the warranty covers, is there anything I need to do or watch for? A little more personal touch would have been good.

Great people, great service and absolute no BS! Bent over backwards to make my experience great and the service Manager Troy….. what a great down to earth guy. I own a dodge but next truck they’ll be getting my business all day long. Haven’t had an experience at a dealership like that since the early 90’s. Thanks again!

The salesman was very good, everyone was friendly and helpful. Only problem is when negotiating and we ask about fees. The salesman had just explained how they have certified used vehicles, which is good and they price low as they can so everyone gets a fair deal if you don’t negotiate well. And then we ask about fees and realize it’s $699. We told them we didn’t have to pay it and The salesperson said they all charge it and basically you pay it or go somewhere else? I said why not just put that in the price and be open and honest No response, advertising tactics, get you there. We drove 400km to look at the vehicle and another person was interested in it after us so they did discount the vehicle a little bit but we were stuck. Don’t forget to ask about any extra charges before you even go look and reconsider the price including fees!
