I absolutely loved this store! I was greeted by 3 lovely, knowledgeable ladies who directed me to exactly what I was looking for. I was also looking for different color options in the furniture I selected and I was shown a plethora of fabrics in color and designs. I was so pleased at how smoothly my overall experience was that after I had made my decision, I wasn’t ready to leave and I found myself wondering around the showroom looking at all the beautiful pieces they offer. In full transparency, we did run into some major issues with our order due to previous management. However, the new store manager, Coni, and the owner went above and beyond to correct the issues and deliver us with beautiful furniture. I share this to emphasize the integrity of the Right at Home team and their efforts to provide excellent customer service, despite any past issues.
