Shipper guy wanted us to take load 200 pounds overweight. Driver moved tandems in every whole. Would not agree to take product out even after broker called him and told him. I called (this dispatcher” I was told they won’t say anything it’s just 200 pounds. What bull called Department of Transportation and complained and have a recorded call. Why should we take a risk because you are to lazy and greedy to take out your product. Be aware!!!!!

The receiver was very friendly. He let me sleep on the property a couple hours before my appointment and then got me loaded very quickly. As soon as I was done loaded I got paperwork extremely quick and was on my way. They have a scale that you can use to get your preloaded and loaded weight so it's super easy to pick up from here

Don't come here place is a joke. Chk in is easy once get your empty weight and trailer tag number. After that plan on bringing a lunch 6hrs in the dock and still not load. No respect for the drivers time or schedule not boycott this shipper hopefully they go out of business.

Bad place for pick up load I came 3 times 5 to 6 hours last time wait 2.5 hours and I went to ask how long more I was to my load is going get ready next day 24 hours maybe more to pick up load

Checked in Tuesday at 1400 now wens-day at 1800 and still waiting for product. Trucks in and out all day both days.

Edit 1900 loaded were loading a truck an hour and from 1800-1900 loaded 7 trucks because they wanted to go home. System went down and they don’t know how to write a bol and thinks this works. Absolutely pathetic 8 hours short of a 34 and no care in the world from shipping office where too busy napping and watching YouTube.

This place is a joke on the timely manner when getting loaded, this isn't my first time here and it's getting worse. According to the people inside they said my dispatch was misinformed that my load was ready. The last time I sat 8 1/2 hours before I was in a door and it's going on 5 hours today. If possible don't believe anything they say. I wouldn't give them any stars, but I have to give one to post this review.

Pack a lunch especially if they’re overbooked for the day. Scale before check in remember trailer plate number too. Arrived at 9:00 1400 finally got a door and when I checked in only one truck in a dock 3 waiting for doors
