It was exquisite to take a walk through the four different floors of this furniture gallery. Our favorite was the top floor with the outdoor patio furniture displays and the view of Tivoli Village and Sunmerlin from up there. I recommend at least checking it out even if you don’t buy anything. It doesn’t hurt to look!

My husband convinced me to order a cloud couch. We placed the order, paid over 12k and have yet to receive the furniture. Our order was placed on 7/19/2024 and after much back and forth with "customer service" we are still without a return call. I will note that AMEX shows the purchase price as posted, so this is already paid for. Maybe this purchase is considered too small to be of consequence, but I find the lack of communication underwhelming. I need additional pieces for the house, but will choose other options moving forward. This is my first and last purchase with this company. I would like to add, we purchased online and did not visit the Tivoli Gallery location.

I will NEVER recommend and shop from RH again. I am now even thinning of returning all back to them! They try to deliver the SAME cracked and scratched nightstand 3 times to my home in 40 + days, the sofa they delver is all in pet hair from their truck, It was NOT secured or packed in anything like I am buying USED item for $9000 + dollars!!!!! DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite stores. Not only because the furniture and displays are incredible but it’s got friendly, non-invasive staff, gorgeous views from the top floor and clean bathrooms.

In love with Restoration Hardware’s location in the heart of Tivoli Village in Summerlin Las Vegas. As a local designer and lifestyle entrepreneur, RH is considered a staple.

Bad customer service. Over hyped poor quality furniture. I ordered my bed from RH. It took 4 months to received it. The bed frame broke the first night I layed on it. When I called to complain about the issue, they said they will ship me out a new bed but I won't get it till December. That is nearly 5 months from now so I politely asked for my refund. I ordered a better quality, better looking bed from another furniture store near RH. The bed was half the price and shipping was only 2 weeks. Wish I would've known about this other company before I found RH. I would've kept my peace of mind plus I would've saved a lot of time and money. Dealing with RH was a nightmare. Never Again.
