I drove 30 miles to this showroom after perusing the website. When I arrived I was met by a salesman at the front door not wearing a mask. Whatever, I was wearing mine. He asked what I needed and I told him I am doing a kitchen remodel and looking for some items. He said it was appointment only and when I suggested there was no website update about that he said he was booked up for the next two days. He was rude, and uninterested. He did allow me to look around and I have to say Lowe's, Menards, and Home Depot all have more to look at, as well as staff who at least attempt to be helpful. Needless to say I was disappointed, and I will not return or recommend.

I come here regularly to get parts for my day job as a plumber. Corey is always extremely helpful. Always appreciate the availability to parts and great service.

Corey was also great, highly knowledgeable when I was purchasing a new garage heater.

After calling about a simple valve I needed and being told that they would for sure have what I was looking for, just bring the old one in, I was happy. However, when I got there, he told me he couldn't sell to me because I wasn't a contractor. I was hoping I had found a regular place to find the plumbing supplies I would ever need in the future. I was wrong. I'm a maintenance man taking care of 11 properties. Terrible business.

My husband and I visited the showroom September 21st, when we walked inside we were greeted by the "showroom manager" George with no mask on. He said we needed an appointment but had no customers in the showroom, he still let us look around and when we were looking at the fixtures he mentioned the price and ask us if that was in our budget. Who said anything about budget?. Was it the way we dressed, the way we looked or what? He was soo rude and made me feel so uncomfortable I decided to walk away. This showroom needs a professional manager. I will never return to this place and will take my business elsewhere. I recommend everyone else trying to stop by here to not waste your time.

It isn't the Roberts Hamilton it used to be when they were in Golden Valley. Seems like Roberts carry less of the odd ball and hard to find plumbing supplies. They carried a lot of interesting and hard to find copper pvc and abs fittings when they were down in Golden Valley. Staff now isn't as friendly as they once were. When Roberts was in Brooklyn Park I just got a bad vibe with the people there. The friendliness and feeling welcome was gone. Roberts Hamilton has gotten more expensive, they seem to be out of product more and the warehouse is unorganized.

Outstanding customer service! My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Marylou shopping for fixtures for our new house. She has a great eye for design and a talent to bring an entire house into a cohesive look and feel. The amount of time that she spent with us is rare these days. We cannot recommend Roberts Hamilton and their staff more.
