One store in the whole city. They have a massive building itself.
But they don't have a sample of all their dining chairs. In fact they don't even have half of them at this giant store. I don't think they even have 25% of their dining chairs at this store. The store looks great but for a buyer it doesn't serve the purpose.
For the price they need to work backwards from customers and not from good looking rooms in their store.

The furniture and customer service is top notch, but be warned that there's a good chance you won't get your purchase for a long time and estimated delivery dates aren't real.

I bought a modular couch in early October and was told half would be delivered in late November, the other half in early January. I got the first half in mid-December. The second half is now expected in late March.

Funiture is first rate but the customer service is even better! Not many places are up to this standard. I keep coming back because I’m never disappointed. I shop around and compare too but for the extra money here you are getting white glove delivery and a fantastic return policy for a premium product. RH just makes the whole experience easy.

We recently ordered a dining table from RH in Austin. However, upon delivery, we noticed that the table has hair all over the table. This was extremely disappointing and not what we expected from RH. It was a terrible experience, and it makes us feel disgusted whenever we sit at the table.
