Rexburg floral was top of the line for my family as we had to plan our mother’s funeral. The employee sat right down with me, listened to exactly what I had envisioned, had floral picture books ready at the table for me when I arrived at closing time. I had called just 20 min before closing and she was willing to wait for me. She treated me like a preferred customer. Soo kind soo patient, soo genuine. She helped me to stay within our budget. Because of this kind customer service when I returned home and other family members wanted to order I referred them all to Rexburg floral. The best part of it all was when I came back to idaho for the funeral and saw the floral display it was even more than I’d imagined. My whole family was super pleased with all the floral display. Thank you Rexburg floral for making this experience BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY WAY.

The flowers were so beautiful. I was a bit disappointed in the baby roses as they died the day after given, plus gave in a Grey vase instead of pink or red. Price was very high for the bouquet I received although I drove in special to pick them up at their shop after ordering online. The flowers I saw in the shop were much more beautiful for 1/2 the cost~ won't order online again. Go to the shop next time. I did receive some beautiful ones delivered from out of state and local from this florist. I know the owners and still love them regardless. Every bouquet is unique.

I ordered flowers from Rexburg Florals for my sister in-laws gender reveal. A few of the reasons I gave them 5 stars were because they were fast, communicated clearly about delivery and were able to accommodate my extra requests. Not to mention how beautiful and classy the flower arrangement was. I would highly recommend them!

The flower delivery exceeded our expectations. When I placed the order online, I gave the recipient’s address but made note of her place of employment and her work hours. The delivery was sent out before she returned home, so they took it there. I’m grateful for that.

I was soooo impressed with not only how timely my arrangement was delivered, but also how BEAUTIFUL it was!! However, even more impressive was the call I received from the delivery gal letting me know she had tried to deliver my flowers but no one answered the door so she waited outside in her car while I called my friend to see if she was home. She was sick in bed, but when I explained that she had a “surprise” waiting for her outside she got up & answered her door and the sweet delivery gal handed her the bouquet and it just made her day!! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, Rexburg Floral for going above and beyond!!
