Dumbfounded and disappointed. I sought out the Republic Cabinet store, to purchase a very small set of cabinets for a cook room that I am building. I usually build my own, but for the sake of time, we decided to try to find some ready built cabinets. The salesman took plenty of time describing their products, and we sat down to design a set for us. He quickly told us that they build cabinets out of plywood or particle board, and asked which we preferred. I hate particleboard, but for our purposes on this project, cost is playing a big part in the design. The salesman said that he would figure the cabinets both ways. In a bit he said to us the cost for the cabinets made of plywood was $1,082. I said well there is no use to calculate the particleboard cost, because the price was suitable and I hate particleboard. He agreed. A few days later we ordered the cabinets. When I received the paperwork, part of the contract indicated in one place the words “particleboard cabinets”. Since It was inconvenient for me to get back to their office to sign the papers, I had them emailed, printed them and returned them by sliding them under the office door on a Sunday. I asked the salesman to call me about my concern, that the cabinets were supposed to be plywood, not particleboard. He did, and told me that plywood cabinets would be more money, that he would be happy to apply my check, for half the original purchase price to the new amount, and I could handle the balance at delivery. I was really disappointed. The amount was 70% more. It seemed like a “bait and switch” to me. When I said that I was not ready to move forward with the purchase because I believed there was a misunderstanding, he quickly suggested that he tear my check up and void the sale. Perhaps this was just just a mistake, since my wife and I both understood the price and the product. However, the salesman did not accept any fault and no compromise was offered. The solution was simply that we misunderstood and therefore our order was canceled. Not my way of doing business. Buyer beware,

Have found some employees slacking off. Total waste of time coming here and the people who actually care about their work are completely wasted by the other bad employees.

Unloaded here and the whole time. People were yelling over the intercom about people being slow. Yelling at everyone to get to work your too slow. Crazy
