Rent a center was not a good experience. If I was even a day late on paying my bill I would get phone calls that were in an aggressive tone and were not nice. I can honestly say the only positive experience when dealing with this store was Alyssa. She was always so kind and sweet and always talked in a respectful manner and tone. Great customer service from her. That’s all for this review.

I will definitely be returning! My son loves his new gaming system! Waiting on a bed, but we’ve been super satisfied with the customer service! From the office to our house! Service has been awesome! The guys that delivered was super nice! Thank you guys for working with me and the misunderstanding! Very much appreciated!!!

they never fail to call me soon as my bill is even 1 or a few days past due. Constant voice messages with a very direct and intimidating tone. Wish rent a center in my area was more understanding and approachable with their employees with respect to how they talk to their customers and there current circumstances

This is definitely a five star store. Alyssa was very prompt, courteous, and professional. She even stayed late to make sure my order was correct. It was such a simple process, I wished I would have looked into them first. They even have free delivery and setup! Thank you, Alyssa, and your team. Absolutely outstanding job!!! God bless.
