We felt like our buisness wasnt wanted. I wasn’t trying to get a million quotes. I truly want my home fixed. She told me my mortage company would want 3 quotes. So I called and they said no that they would cut a check for the cost of renevation for whomever I chose. I told her we had more then 40k for renovation cost. Clearly you could see mold remediation was done professionally. That was 6k. She told me they didnt have time to do estimates and I Would have to pay $300 for one. Ballpark was 25 to 30k It was just weird nothing was mentioned until she came to our home. Distasteful to ask for money for the estimate at the appointment. Maybe something to mention before hand. Oh and she also mentioned she is a general contractor and that she builds houses and thier cost is high. Suggested Maybe finding someone to do it at a cheaper cost. I woukd have paid the 25 30k. Nice lady but I felt she was stearing me away from her company the moment I wasnt going to pay 300 for an estimate.

Showroom remodeled our two bathrooms. Reasonable price included tile, fixtures, granite, glass, mirrors--one-stop shopping in the showroom. Workers worked cleanly, quickly, and informed us of what they were doing and what the next steps would be. Tracey is the best customer interface--not only informative, but full of great suggestions. Highly recommend this business.

Initially the experience was great. After sales support is pretty much non-existent. I have the new cabinets for 6 years now and two of the drawers are delaminated. I’m told the company will not warranty anything placed on either side of the stove because they the self cleaning ovens get too hot. Really Im single and don’t use the oven much and have only used self cleaning once. This information came all too late. I was even willing to purchase two new drawers but the item is discontinued. So I’m completely out of luck

Tracy is a wonderful desinger and person to work with. She and her business is professional and very nice. They work within your budget and do amazing remodeling work. They have done my parents bathroom and kitchen and the work was well done and remarkable so now I have them remodeling my bathroom. Working with Tracy has been great, she listens and puts together beautiful designs and layouts. Highly recommend this business , they use the best products, and their work is always done at the best.
