Buyer beware! Love the fixture, but it hung at a crooked angle! The “flat roof” mounting option for Rejuvenation hanging light fixtures must be mounted at exactly 90 degrees. If your roof or junction box are off even a fraction, their “flat roof”mounting hardware gives you no leeway for adjustment. A small fraction off at the roof is magnified to inch(es) of off-angle at the fixture. Even for a flat roof, order the angled-roof mount. That way, you have the ability to adjust the hanging rod to hang straight down. Note Zero customer support, literally no options, on custom items. They refuse to sell us the angled roof mount to fix this. They will gladly sell us another full custom rod, over $400, to get the end piece we need.

This store/company used to be amazing. Now, they do not have much of anything in stock in the physical store. They can order items, but you are required to pay for shipping even if you are located in Portland! In other words, they cannot order for delivery to their own store for pick up by a customer. What is even the point of the store? Even worse, we ordered a light fixture on the Rejuv website, which was confirmed and charged to our CC. Then 10 days later, we received a message that the order had been cancelled. No explanation, no offer of a suitable replacement, basically too bad for you and we don't care!

Buyer beware. Purchased a lamp to install and the quality of workmanship inexcusably cheap for a near premium price. The lamp doesn’t even have a ground wire to install, the materials are cheap as can be, the shade came full of greasy fingerprints, and the company wouldn’t accept a return. These bad reviews are legit. I wish we did better research before purchasing here. Don’t make the same mistake that we did.

Rejuvenation used to be an amazing place. It was easy to shop for projects by Time Period. The designs were clean, configurable, and provided a relative expression of the period they represented. I feel like I'm shopping West Elm now... but that's not why I went to Rejuvenation.

Nice products but our order came in defective, a hole had no threads to accept a bolt. Called about getting replacement part only option was to spend a bunch more money or wait a month or two to replace. Store and customer service were dismissive of any issue. Nice product but if there is an issue god help you because rejuvenation will not.

TLDR: do not expect even marginal customer service or a company that stands behind their product. Inspect your product IMMEDIATELY after purchasing so that your timeline isn’t set back by trying to install finish pieces that are missing parts. Do not expect your piece to come in the expected timeframe or with the appropriate finish installation hardware

(I half expect them to stop including them at all). If you want a dependable product, go elsewhere.

Long version: This used to be such a great store when it was locally owned. Doing a remodel project and have had a nightmare experience working with Rejuvenation. Ordered nearly $600 worth of hardware. Half was in store and half was mailed to me. Of the hardware I ordered, less than half had the appropriate hardware included. The other half it was either missing, or didn’t have the appropriate length screws (that were supposed to be included and were listed on the paper insert as being included). With custom finish hardware that shows the screws on the outside, you need the hardware that comes with the piece and matches the finish. I spent forever on the phone with a customer service rep, and was told they couldn’t send replacement parts and had to wait for me to sent parts back. After nearly 30 min talking to a person messaging her supervisor via teams, they finally agreed to send them out by right away… but the confirmation email I got 20 min later was for only half of them. I called back and spent another 30 min on the phone going through the exact same thing, again being told I needed to send them back forth, absorber half hr back and forth about it seeing my project back and them needing to give a better solution (they didn’t care that half of it had already been approved). I THEN had to take the parts bought at the store to the store as the phone service person told me they were separate accounts and they couldn’t help with those (even though I’d purchased them at the same time at the store). At the store, they tried to replace them with ones missing hardware AGAIN, fortunately I was prepared with my measuring tape and had them go fine pieces with the appropriate hardware. After all of this, I was told on the phone that it wouldn’t be escalated as a quality control issue unless my replacements came without the parts, despite having gotten pieces through two mail orders and a store that were missing hardware. All in all, this took an extra 2 hrs of my day, and has set my project back since I’m now waiting another week for parts. And I’m not convinced the replacements with arrive with the correct hardware.

Over the years I have purchased tens of thousands of dollars of items from Rejuvenation. I will never buy from Rejuvenation ever again (and I guess that goes for Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, etc since they're all owned by WS). I recently ordered $4,000 worth of copper light fixtures and they all came seriously damaged. Unable to use them at all. Rejuvenation refuses to make it right because it’s post 7 days. But they will be happy to order new ones for us and charge our credit card. GTFOOH!!!! Wow. Just wow!

I've ordered a few items from this company before for a friend a few year this summer our air conditioner went s out and I thought what a treat I ordered two fans from rejuvenation spent well over $300 My items never arrived contact it rejuvenation and they told me to make a claim with UPS I did that for both items I left messages with them as well Weeks went by and I heard nothing and nothing reached out once again to find out my claim had been closed because UPS didn't physically talk to me over this phone mind you I live in the country with very little cell service they were given my landline number I was told by rejuvenation that their hands were tied and I'm out $300 and still sitting in 105 plus temperatures. Cool products but I'm not willing to throw away $300 again
