My wife and I recently purchased the Moro Bay faucets and accessories made by California Faucets, from Ben Kasdorf at Reece Bath & Kitchen. The experience has been five star all the way. Melanie went above and beyond to provide a stellar experience. I did not realize that Reece could price significantly lower than big box stores. Additionally, they have lots of local inventory and can ship to San Diego within a day. The product knowledge and their willingness to search their inventory to get what you need is the difference maker. I get very caught up looking for prices online, in the future I will pick up the phone to get a quote from a good local retailer before committing. Getting help from someone like Melanie is well worth the time. I got a nice Toto ordered over the phone and installed it before lunch the same day. I am impressed... Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Person I talked to was not knowledgeable, but would not allow me to talk and never followed up. My daughter had an excellent experience at the store and mine was absolutely horrible. I ended up buying $14,000 subzero from another store because of the lack of follow up and interest. When you’re home refrigerator freezer goes out on you. You need someone to help you find a replacement quickly. This place was just not store to call.

Yvette is easily accessible, very responsive, and goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. Buying new appliances with her was one of the rare, wonderful experiences I had during a crazy remodel. I highly recommend buying here!

I needed assistance in a hurry because my washer stopped working.
I hadn't bought an appliance in a very long time, didn't know what to buy.
Yvette was extremely helpful, courteous and assisted me quickly with
all the details. I am a senior citizen and extra help is very appreciated.
My daughter Laura helped me then and also helps me with computer
assistance. My appliances are LG, I bought the washer and dryer. They are excellent products.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Scott has been amazingly helpful as we design our bathroom remodels. We think we have all the details and with just a few well-placed questions he identifies things we missed and steers us toward other decisions and design elements. We feel no pressure toward more expensive or luxury items. Scott is more concerned with helping us pick what we'll be happy with. We feel that he's got our best interests at heart. This place has such a selection of high end faucets, fixtures, ranges and much more.
I worked with Scott who is so knowledgeable about everything about building and remodeling. Scott was always fast with options and suggestions as I worked on my remodeling project. I have referred him to many of my friends and family. Awesome place and awesome professionalism.
