I met poppy just a few days ago, and man I haven't met a Kinder soul. This is the kind of shop you want to support. He set me up with a great echo 2 hander and all the bits and bobs to go along with it. It was a pleasure speaking with him. I then took that rod to the Skagit to christen it. Caught 2, 20" dolly varden trout that day. It was awesome. Thanks poppy!

This is a must-stop place to visit for the steelhead flyfisher. Poppy has a great selection of the flies you would need. He is the person to ask about Burkheimer spey rods - arguably one of the best spey rods out there. He is also very knowledgeable about steelhead fishing, and he is just so darn nice.

This store generally has every thing that people fishing on the local rivers need. Poppy is a legend in the community. Always goes out of his way to provide good service. It has become a must-visit for me when I travel to the Grande Ronde and Clearwater Rivers.

Small and off the beaten path, but always worth the effort. Reasonable prices and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fishing guides in Belize even know about the Red Shed!
