We received a lot of assurances and claims about the level of service we would receive from Brandon the "salesman" including 3-day job completion, highest quality of product, and a guarantee of a job well done. After all, "you know we have to be the best to be a Costco partner." At a cost of $22K to reface our kitchen cabinets we assumed we would get what we were told to expect and paid for. We did not! Measurements from the "engineer" were wrong and the job could not be completed on time as new cabinets had to be ordered. Wrong sizes of cabinets, non-matching door details, and communications going completely unanswered or responded to by the "salesperson" was what we got. Not only did doors need to be replaced (5 of them) but the crown molding was also incorrect (too small) and had to be reordered. While waiting for these, two of the soft close hinges have already popped off and need to be replaced. We also noticed that the bottom piece of laminate on the pantry was not cut correctly so there is a large seam and it’s starting to peel back already. The fact that this is happening before the installation is complete adds to our disappointment.
Lastly, with a near 800 credit score the APR rate for the financing company provided by Brandon the "salesman" is nearly 25%. My email to him about the rate went unanswered. A guaranteed 3-day job now remains incomplete after nearly 4-weeks. I highly recommend you research other options when considering this company for any project.

DO NOT under any circumstance use Reborn Cabinets. We were sent to them by Costco and their salesman made it clear that we had absolutely nothing to worry about. We were told they had a new bathtub that would fit perfectly(lie), everything would match the rest of the room(lie), and it would all be done in 3 days(lie). I have attached photos of the "completed" job.

Talked to a nice man at Costco then made the mistake of setting up an appointment. Extremely disappointed that Costco would host this company. Jeremy Chapin was the rep that came to our house, acted extremely weird during, insulted our house. Gave one of the worst sales pitches I've ever heard then proceeded to insult and send rude texts after, even went so far as to insult our dog. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOUSE. Costco needs to drop this contractor.

After my husband and I signed the contract, Reborn sent Gregory B out to our house. Gregory and Narvi came in weeks later and started our kitchen. The two of them did a wonderful job in 4 days as promise. The only delay was the mirror doors to one of the cabinet due to sizing issues which was installed at a later date as promised. Thank you. You 2 were awesome.

A very professional experience from start to finish. I emailed the request on Saturday and had a sales rep (Krystal) come out Sunday on our schedule. She was courteous and helpful and answered all our questions and after doing a little bit of due diligence, she was willing to come back that night to sign the contract. I was told my project which was to convert two bathtubs into walk-in showers, would commence in 6 to 8 weeks. I received a call a few days later saying that conversion would start the following week. Everything went smoothly and the installers were courteous and professional and took care to cover things in our house to not get the messy. The entire project was finished on schedule and look great. A few days later, my older son took a shower but told me the water temperature wasn't too hot. I contacted our project manager, Mike Torres, who texted me back within the hour. I explained the situation and he had someone at my house later that day. What service!!!! The service person came, adjusted the water temperature regulator within 5 minutes, and was gone. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend Reborn for your next project.
