I have been a Ray Stevens fan since the 1960s. His humor is timeless and his musical talent is remarkable. I owned his Greatest Hits on LP record then I got the VHS tape both are great. My daughters grew up listening to Ray and knowing all about Mississippi squirrels.
For the past few years we watched the Cabaray on our Kentucky PBS station and we resolved to visit the theater some day.
When we arrived at the Cabaray on the evening of November 2, 2024 we found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. Our floor level table gave us a great view of the stage.
Ray looked and sounded great, not bad for an 85 year old fellow. The band and the "Huzzies" were excellent.
We appreciate that they performed all of the hits that we know Ray for. His family oriented stories and songs made us laugh and smile.
We took some time to walk around the theater to read the murals. Seeing the legends of country music displayed shows Ray's desire to honor these greats of the past and pay back their assistance to him in furthering his career.

The piano bar is so fun, before and after the show. The show, this time, had several Christmas songs. He also, of course, sang his forever comedic songs, too. I highly recommend it. Don't forget to go to the gift shop!

What a great evening of entertainment - but that is expected of Ray... he is old school, so nothing less than the best. A true country entertainer!! He brought back the memories we grew up with, from a squrriel, Shrines, and Ethel! Even his song about the toliet everyone can relate too in one way or another!!!😀 And the stories he told in between songs were pure Ray. Thank you Ray for all you have given to keeping that pure country Spirit alive!

Life long fan of Ray Stevens. I finally had the opportunity to See him in at CabaRay Dec 7th, 2024. I booked VIP Select tickets for my wife and myself. Got there early, enjoyed the Piano bar, then dinner, followed by the show. After the show back at the Piano Bar. Everything was positive, 24 hours later I am back home and still extremely happy I got to go. Enjoyed the music and the stories.

My wife and I came to see Ray before he retires. We had a great time. We came just I see the show. We didn't partake in dinner. I'd highly recommend this venu and show.

Great show!! Service was excellent, very good dinner.
Show tickets and Dinner price was cheaper than anywhere else. Unbeatable prices. Drinks from bar were very good and at a good price.

Sad to hear Ray is semi retiring, but I can’t say that I blame him.
Happy retirement Ray Stevens. Your a Class Act. Gonna miss you.
