We ordered 2 identical chairs from Rapport furniture in April of 2024 that were scheduled to be delivered approximately 4 months later. We understood the time frame because they were coming from Italy. When we received them however, we got 2 different color chairs. I called and left a message with the delivery team and advised them about the color differences. The reply was that perhaps they had our chair in another warehouse storage. After several days of searching, I was informed they did not have the identical chair. I asked to remove the odd color chair as it did not go with our furniture, which they did. They wanted to take both, but I refused until they delivered the correct chairs. They offered to reorder the correct chair for us. I asked to have 2 chairs ordered at that time to make sure the dye lot would be the same. They did reorder, and stated we would need to wait another 4 months for the correct chairs to be delivered. I had to call several times to inquire about delivery because no communication had taken place. Nearly 5 months later we were told our chairs had arrived and a delivery date was arranged. They delivered ONE chair and wanted to take back the other. I explained we should have had 2 identical chairs delivered. The chair they delivered was not the same size as the original. They were unable to locate the 2nd identical chair for several days. I left SEVERAL messages with no return phone calls and finally spoke with the owner of the store. He did nothing but provide excuses for what was happening and promised to find the other chair and get back to me. I had to call him to finally find out the other chair was found. There was never any offer as a solid business owner to keep our business. I would not ever refer anyone to their store. They do not return calls, there is not real management to speak with and the people working there do not seem to know how to run the business. The entire experience was poor!

On September 28, 2024, we went to Rapport International Furniture store for the first time and placed an order to purchase furniture. One of the sofas was an Italian brand NATUZZI that they represented, priced at $12366. When they were delivered to me, I found a large hole at the bottom of the sofa that was not sewn in many places. The wooden board and sponge of the sofa were exposed, and the sewn nails were crooked and twisted. The buttons were also scratched, and a piece of leather was rotten. The workmanship was very rough and the quality was very poor. We suspect that this sofa is a counterfeit NATUZZI furniture and do not care about Italian production. This is fraud against our customers. We refused to accept and returned the sofa, but Rapport International Furniture did not refund us and forced us to exchange it for other products in their store. On 9/29/2024, we went to the store for the second time and found that the coffee table we ordered the day before had cracked and was repaired. So we returned the coffee table and two blue single sofas. The store owner Peter promised to refund us in cash in person and told us that their finance department would execute the refund to us next Wednesday. However, they marked "Cridit" when changing the order. Later, we found out that "Cridit" means not refunding money but only giving credit because we don't understand English, which is a fraudulent behavior. During this period, we sent multiple emails to the sales consultant and their owner Peter. Until today, 10/19/2024, no one contacted me, did not reply to any emails, and did not refund money.

When we visited the store, we were hoping for professional and courteous service, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with disrespect, as if we weren’t serious buyers or couldn’t afford their products. On top of that, they made promises that they didn’t keep. Overall, it felt like a lack of respect and poor service. Definitely not recommended.

An impressive collection of imported luxury furniture, mostly from Italy. Many different styles with maximal customization, though that may take some time.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Bryan and especially Bonea. They took care of us incredibly well and were very friendly, knowledgable, and flexible to our needs.

If you're looking to upgrade your home, this is the place. The prices are reasonable for what you're getting. Bonea also does extensive interior design and can surely help with any luxury design needs.

10/10 would recommend!
