Kara at the Purple store in Meridian is the best! She knows the products very well, gave us some great advice and was very patient with us while we asked a million questions. She was not pushy at all, the mattresses speak for themselves. We did buy the right one for us and added 2 Purple pillows as well. I’ve never enjoyed buying a mattress until today. Do yourself a favor and at least stop in there to try it out if you are mattress shopping.

Boring mattress store turns exciting!

Well, exciting is a bit of a stretch but interesting and helpful is more accurate. Beautiful store design compliments the technologically advanced mattresses. Additionally the highly informative sales staff are enjoyable and interesting. Daniel Kirby is a great example of a highly informative and professional sales manager. He helped us make a decision on a mattress way easier. I sleep really hot and my wife is a side sleeper with hip problems. We settled on the 4" hybrid premiere. I will follow up later to inform you about the mattress choice.

Not at all happy. I was told I had a 100 night trial, they said it was easy and hassle free return. There was no mention I had to pay $160 restocking fee, or that I had to spend 4.5 hours disassembling it, and then packaging it in a box i have to order from them which was too small (164 pounds by the way) and haul it to fedex. I''m not happy with Purple as a company and so I will be returning my mattress and the rest of my items.

This place is really customer friendly. We had to switch pillows and no issues, super simple. Enjoying our purple bed and my wife's chronic pain is so much better.

I had an amazing experience, it was super easy to take care of everything, took almost no time at all, and Ariana was super helpful! She was super nice and so much fun to talk to. My mattress was also expected to come in two weeks and I received it in two days so I think she has magical powers. I love it so much and overall just had an amazing time!

Went in for a new mattress and Twila helped us. She was so great! She was the only one working while we were there and she balanced the rush of customers very smoothly. She didn't hover, didn't leave anyone waiting, and made sure we got the best possible deal. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for any pillows or mattresses.

I went into Purple just curious what it was, I have since purchased many items from pillows, to seat cushions, and many other accessories all from Ariana who has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the products. She never fails to update me on all the new products when I come in. My partner also owns a Purple mattress and adjustable base and I love them, I am never going back to anything else.

Excellent service from Kara yesterday! She was fantastic. We wanted to upgrade our current Purple mattress to a newer model and she listened to our needs and showed us all the choices. She explained all the differences and gave us privacy when we needed it and was there to ask questions when we had them. We very much appreciate her assistance.

The showroom was beautiful and well laid out. Overall, it was a great experience.
