No problems here. We are working with a different company to replace our floors and they use ProSource so we went to look at tiles and backsplashes. They have a huge selection, just about anything you need. Our rep Kerri was very friendly and helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she took her time showing us different samples. We brought some samples home to help with our decision. Our purchase will be done through our contractor so I can't say how it works with ProSource. However, I highly recommend ProSource for your flooring needs.
