Great place. Nice staff, wonderful complimentary snacks. Their bathrooms were HUGE and I felt like royalty sitting on that throne. They had a bowl sink and everything, it was awesome. If you tend to get anxious about what shower tiles to pick and need to go to the bathroom, or maybe ate too many complimentary goldfish, this is the best place to do so. You will feel so comforted.

If I could give ProSource of Boise more stars, I would! Blair and Jenna were absolutely amazing to work with. Blair really went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I found ProSource to have the best selection of pre-finished hardwood flooring throughout the Treasure Valley, and I was blown away with incredible service as well as the vast selection and fair pricing. Posting for my mother. She recently purchased some luxury vinyl plank flooring and when the installer began laying it, he discovered that the material was defective and would not lay down properly. He removed what he had installed and returned it to ProSource who said that they would have to file a claim, but expressed doubt that the company would replace the material. They have been unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue with the LVP and have repeatedly told her that there is nothing they can do. My mom has asked to speak to the owner several times and has been told that he does not come into the store and she has to deal with the manager, who has been evasive. Currently my mom has no flooring in the entire house, the stove and dishwasher have been removed while the new floor was being installed. The company that produced the flooring has not called her back to explain the process and it would be great if ProSource would stand behind the products they sell and help facilitate the warranty process.

I am a general contractor in Boise and have been working with ProSource for the last year and my experience with them has been wonderful. Specifically with Anthony, one of the account managers there. He is extremely professional and I truly enjoy working with him. Not only is Anthony great with me but, the customers I have sent in have told me the exact same thing.
