This is the business to do business with for new builds and/or remodels. I found them reliable, honest and trustworthy. The staff--from Receptionist to Account Managers--are friendly, and very knowledgeable. They have quality products (beautiful showrooms) and are great at finding solutions to fit any-sized budget. Jaime, my Account Manager, is an expert, wonderful to work with, and so thorough and conscientious. My top choice for sourcing. Aptly named Pro Source.

If you're a regular old consumer like me looking for better prices and a 1 stop shop, and you're not a contractor, I highly recommend you go elsewhere to purchase flooring, tile, or cabinets. My advice? Hire a designer, get custom cabinets (not that much more money from what we paid for very mediocre cabinets), and go directly to a flooring/tile place that has their OWN installers. The cabinets we purchased showed up with significant color variations, and missing pieces which we had to re-order. And it was so pieced together that we'll end up paying a significant amount of money to install them. Communication was tough as well. They don't do an on-site visit for the cabinets, even if you're spending over 15k. The whole process sucked. We used Scherer Brothers before for semi-custom, and I'm kicking myself I didn't do that again. Scherer Brothers comes out to measure on-site, and they have their own installers. Also, people on Prosource's approved installers list did crap work. I don't write reviews and I'm considered a reasonable person. But with that much spend and such a bad result, I have to warn others.
